The Owners are very nice. I referred some of my family to them for Credit Restoration and life insurance. They were quick, knowledgeable, and professional.

DO NOT GO HERE! This company costed me 695 due to them not sending the right paperwork to the irs. They also refused to do my taxes electronically so I waited over 2 months to receive them. There’s a $15 fee to pay them with a debit card and the only free options are “cash app” and pay pal.

Awful! Mistakes throughout return. Filed wrong, clerical errors, no response to inquiries. With late fees and interest payments to IRS, not cheaper.

Met with Mike Lancaster recently on 2 occasions. The office staff is professional and can't do enough to make you comfortable and welcome. Mike L. has always greeted me with a smile and made me feel like I was the only one he cared about and focused on. I have to say I was very impressed with the whole experience. Thanks so much Mike for the great service. I hope others will see this and come to your company for all their financial needs . Worth the trip.

Worst customer service. Branch hours are crazy. You can never get anyone on the phone. Automated system is not useful considering my Id number was wrong. Been in the Pearland branch twice and was told it was correct. Direct deposit goes in late, yet my employer submits it early. Online account balance has discrepancy all the time with zero pending transactions. Go into the branch and they can't explain nor print me out what they are looking at. I would not recommend them to anyone. Period.

NEVER NEVER DEAL WITH THESE IDIOTIC PEOPLE! I THINK THIS PERSON I DEALT WITH WAS DAISY, OR ONE OF THE OTHER MANAGEMENT TEAM THEY ACCUSE ME OF MISSING A PAYMENT, AND LEAVING ME ON HOLD EXTREMELY FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME.TELLING ME MY ACCOUNT WAS'NT THE ONLY ONE THEY MESSED UP. HOW PROFESSIONAL IS THAT??? I PURCHASED A DODGE RAM 1500 2003 PICK UP. I ALWAYS KEPT MY RECEIPTS AND ALL PAPER WORK AND PAYMENTS CURRENT TO ADVANCED AND FULL FILLED ALL THE CONTRACTIAL AGREEMENTS. RECENTLY I WAS INVOLED IN A VEHICAL ACCIDENT ON JULY 28, 2014, THIS FINANCE COMPANY TOLD ME THAT I WAS A GOOD PAYING CUSTOMER AND THEY ARE GOING FIND A WAY TO HELP WITH REPLACING MY VEHICAL, OR HAVING MY CURRENT VEHICAL FIXED AND HAD NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT. APPROXIMATELY 2 SOMETHING WEEKS AGO, THEY CALLED TELLING ME AND URGING ME TO HURRY AND SIGN THE POWER OF ATTORNEY AND SAYING; "WE CAN'T DO ANYTHING TO HELP YOU" EXACT WORDS! I SAID TO THEM THAT I NEED MY TRUCK AND MY TRUCK IS A MAJOR SOURCE OF MY INCOME, AND I REALLY NEED IT. ALSO I ASKED WHAT ABOUT ANOTHER VEHICAL AND ADDING THE REMAINING BALANCE TO A DIFFERENT VEHICAL AND CARRY ON THE NOTES FROM THERE? THEY TOLD ME THEY CAN'T ACCEPT ANYMORE NEW ACCOUNTS AND THEY CAN'T DO ANYTHING TO HELP ME. I SAID "WOW" YOU MEAN YOU GUYS NOT TRYING TO MAKE ANY MORE MONEY? THEN THEY SAID WE'll CALL BACK AND NEVER DID! SO BE VERY CAREFULL DEALING WITH SHOW ROOM AUTO SALES, OR ANY OTHER COMPANY TIED TO IDS (INDEPENDENT DEALER SERVICES). ( THIS IS BILLY KING) SAYING THIS, AND (I DON'T CARE ABOUT HIDING MY INDENTITY BECAUSE THIS IS ALL TRUE) AND I DON'T MIND SHARING!!!!

I will not recommended because after being charged $150.00 of my income tax return its very difficult time to obtain a copy of my tax return. I called several times to staff to send me a copy of my tax return through my email. Waited and waited and they did not send it. Then, I called and requested a copy to be mailed to me but and I did not receive it, after a week wait I called back again and I finally got my copy by email because they want to charge me a $5.00 to mail it to me. Very irresponsible and I was very frustrated

PLEASE DO NOT GO IN THIS PLACE!!! If you are in need of a personal loan - Please go somewhere else and NOT here!!! If you pay off your account they will continue calling asking you to come back. If you don't pay them on time - they will THREATEN the life out of you... No matter what they will not leave you alone and if you ask them to discontinue calling they will not LISTEN. I had have to make a police report against them also.....That is how bad they got.

Terrible services from marina and everybody else that works there. I own two business and they refused to cash one of my checks from my clients. I would not recommend them to anybody

Do not use this company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!They have been calling me for months asking for a person I have no contact with .I told them we are no longer friends ,we do not live in the same city ,It has been years i have had no contact but my number has been the same 15 years ,,they still call me .When I call and ask for a BOSS they hang up and call me from a diff. number in the same office and ask me for this person again .They always say have her contact us ,,HOW CAN I ???????I have no idea how to find this person ,If i could I would shake her violently for giving you morons my number..I have filed with BBB waiting on outcome ,they seem to have never heard of this company WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!They seem to only speak spanish when I talk about TEXAS LAWS ( I HAD TO GIVE A STAR TO POST THIS)
