This place hires lowlifes, obviously. Pharmacist Chad is very rude and unprofessional. He chooses to abuse his position instead of doing what is best for the customer. And what person in their right mind yells at a customer while the customer is trying to speak? His words were filled with “oh my god”s as if he was rolling his eyes and I was wasting his time. This sorry guy rudely put me on hold numerous times and didn’t fill prescription as he was supposed to. I would not recommend anyone to fill their prescriptions here. You will not get the customer service or professionalism you expect...not even from the techs. He should not even be allowed to fill anyone’s prescriptions. Go anywhere else but here!
I took my dad to Pharmserv, because he got the blood sugar monitor there couple month ago. There were two asian older/younger ladies working behind the counter. My dad have question regarding the type of strip when using this monitor and right away, one of the older lady was very unfriendly an…

From Business: CVS Pharmacy in Houston, TX does more than fill your prescription drugs. You can buy stamps, household items and shop weekly specials on personal care, cosmetics, vitamins, baby items, and more!
This company is a scam to rip off Medicare Benefits. They send unwanted diabetes medication every month even though I do not want them. They say that these are paid by Medicare with no expense to me. Even though I don't pay for them, I have this medication which I do not need or use, and Medicare is being ripped off!
Lives next door to this pharmacy so uses it by default.Service has been generally with a grudge.Last insult was the final straw that prompted this review.Racism in full display!!!!I am Asian and was snubbed by the white tech while waiting in line , as white customers who came later were served ahead of me . This will have gone on indefinitely but for the intervention of the Afro American pharmacist .If you are Asian avoid this pharmacy
There is no costumer service ! No one answers the phone calls. I have left several messages and respond.
"Evelyn" is a terrible employee and I will be taking my business elsewhere. I have been a longtime customer of CVS and purchase many items there each month for my family. After I wanted to purchase an additional Infant's Tylenol for my daughter, I was informed by "Evelyn" that no, I could not purchase an additional Infant's Tylenol - and this was a full price item, for which I was not attempting to use any coupons- because CVS's new policy is to only allow one transaction, per customer, per day - no, not just for coupons - for ALL transactions, according to her. Interesting policy for a company in the business of making a profit. "Evelyn" obviously does not understand the policy, but she was extremely rude and abrasive, and I left the store practically in tears. Anyway, this is very disappointing and I will not purchase anything from CVS again.
I have used Fairway Pharmacy for several years and have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful. They have found discounts for some of my prescriptions and they have been able to answer my questions about various prescriptions in detail, checking on special concerns and calling me back. While their hours are a little limited compared to the chains, their "can do" attitude more than makes up for it!Fred J.
Friendly, helpful, affordable - love doing business with these guys!! I can count on Gary to get my medicine ready quickly so I can get it to my patients and I am able to pick up supplies I need because they seem to have everything.
Pharmacist George and his bilingual staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. They also have weekend hours.
I had a prescription from NY that the pharmacy was able to transfer without any problems. Great customer service. Will definitely use again.
Primary Care Pharmacy is a marketing company that pulled my name from a mailing list, sent a script to my doctors' office for approval and sent me an unsolicited box of diabetes supplies. (I don't have diabetes) They had sent a script to my doctors' office for approval and they had mistakenly signed it. When I called the company, "Marty" said that my doctor had ordered the supplies from them. When I told him that, in fact, my doctor never ordered the supplies and that a nurse at my doctors' office told me they had unwittingly approved a script submitted by them by the pharmacy, Marty quickly agreed that was what had occurred. He told me that they were, in fact, a marketing company and that he would put on their "Do Not Mail" list and promised, "You won't hear from us again." Yet the following month they sent a script to my doctor's office! This time the office was looking for it and gave the pharmacy's order to me at my next appointment in case I wanted to report this to the Better Business Bureau. This is a dirty way of doing business and I'm sure that some of their unsolicited packages, did go to people with diabetes who assumed that their doctor, had, indeed, ordered the supplies
