Driving on 45 last week and the trucking driver was hauling sand that was falling all over the highway.... well also the was some debris that fall off the truck and bust my window... so I called the company and talked to a man i'm guessing Was some form of authority or either the owner I ax to we will as he never reply, the gentleman was nice but after giving him all the information that he requested he never responded back in a timely manner I waited a week and a 1/2 and still nothing, At the call him back Or the 7th of August I spoke with him and then he requested more information so I just told him that if you're not going to do just tell me that that way we can stop talking to each other for no reason, Bottom line here is don't get hit by SYT trucking because they will not repair your window after Verifiable damage and proof of damage.
This company has had an item that I ordered from Home Depot at its warehouse since 6/20/18, today is 7/6/18. Customer service is non existent and will tell any story to cover their non existent delivery services. They supposedly tried to deliver the item today, but my Ring doorbell (video feed) showed no person or 18 wheeler on my street let alone near my porch. Stay away from this delivery company. Driver was rude and changed his story multiple times to get out of a delivery. I would give them a negative number if I could.
I bought my first truck when working with another carrier 2 years ago. I could barely pay my bills. When I moved over to Bee-Line in September, I have had no issues and paid off my truck early yesterday. Stability was my reason for coming over to Beeline. Thank you
Simply that don’t have there act together. Seems to have to much change over or something, but I not happy!
Drivers stay away and any honest shippers as well.They fail to tell you on the phone accurate information like you're going to pay $440 a month for their cargo insurance then on top of that 5% for trailer usage so the 70% becomes 65% plus they want you to pay their $1000 cargo deductible.They defiantly deceive you to get you into orientation then hope you'll pull their cheap freight. They get really nasty when you say no this just isn't going to work.2000 miles and about .70 a mile after fuel but before their extra deductions.
So very frustrated with this company. Always late delivery and do not following shipping instructions on the packing lists or purchase orders. Can't get anyone on the phone... have to leave a message or email customer care then wait just like you already have been.

the worst carrier ive ever used. no customer serv.ice supervisor,phone operators giving false information,phone operators are smart asses. our company isn't going to use them and I recommend the same. theres a lot of good carriers out there. just do the research
