1. Fogo de Chao
Love this concept for meat lovers in Houston!!!!!! Took the brother here for his 40th birthday and he fell in love!!!!! Great salad bar too. But the reason you come here is for the awsome cuts of meats brought to your table by flipping over a green dot on your table. Turn it to the red side to…
I have no problem with the $20 cover to attend the St. Patrick?s Day celebration at McGonigel?s Mucky Duck. A quality venue with outstanding music, entertainment, food, and beer made me feel like I was actually in Ireland rather than Upper Kirby District. The owners sacrifice nothing to make i…
We go once a week for the Branzino, a sea bass, but the rest of the menu is just as good. Everything here is as it should be at a fine restaurant. This is our favorite in Houston and we recommend it often to friends.
7. Mezza Grille
Don't be fooled by the appearance when you first drive up! This place is GREAT! It has some of the best food I have had since moving to Houston! Great service, clean restaurant, nice ambiance, great food!
You can't beat this place. The atmosphere is romantic and upscale, the food is absolutely YUMMY, with a wide variety of options. I've sat everywhere in this restaurant, from the bar, to the patio, near the live music stage, and even had my rehearsal dinner party in the upstairs private-bar room …
They do amazing things with ribs here they are the best bbq place I have ever stepped in though I have only been in Texas for a month. Never the less I am very impressed. Stop in if your ever in town. I also love the loaded potato's.
One of the best breakfast spots in the country and I'm not just saying that because it's in my hometown. The Katfish & grits is my absolute fave. I've been eating here since they first opened when I was in middle school. I'll always be a loyal customer!
I have to admit it.\r I really like their wedge. I think I could go and have their clam chowder and wedge and leave a happy person without ever touching steak.\r \r That's not to say the steak isn't just spectacular and filling, it's flat out wonderful and worth every penny if you want a special…
Have eaten here three times and have not been disappointed in anything. The flatbreads are awesome. They look so simple, but both of the ones I have eaten have been fantastic. Main courses have always been ample and tasty. If you think the food is too expensive, get some of their classic pas…
I enjoy going to this Houston landmark almost weekly. Great burgers and onion rings. i was realy surprised at how good the fried shrimp are. The staff is really friendly to all the members of our church group.
21. The Remington
This is one of the best bars in Houston. I had 5 girlfriends from collage in town for a girls weekend. We had nit seen each other in the same room in a couple of years so expectations were high. We went to dinner and then were looking for a night out. The Remington was perfect. It is high e…
22. El Meson
I love the paella at El Meson. I just wish you could order it for one person because I always order it for myself and it's huge. The service is friendly and the margaritas are great. Always enjoy eating at El Meson.
23. Empire Cafe
I come to this coffee shop alot and recommend my friends and coworkers to come here as well. I love their coffees, desserts, food, ....basically all their food is delicious. Its cozy and comfortable there, their prices on their food is not too bad although their slices of cakes are quite pricey.…
This is hands down the best steakhouse in Houston! The staff is super nice and the food is so delicious. They are a little expensive but definitely worth it! If you havent eaten here yet, I would definitely recommend doing so.
25. Bistro Le Cep
It was an absolute delight.I loved how quaint the setting is. Very classic, outdated in the best way but thats the entire appeal. It was just like being in a quiet little French town with English-speaking waiters and a much louder roudier crowd! Food was fantastic, the Moules Aux Fines herbs was…
My experiences at Lynn's surpass all the other steak restaurants that I have dined. The steaks are prepared to your liking and the wine list is impeccable. Even the seafood, especially the Sea Bass is excellent. The staff is courteous and knowledgable about their quality menu and wines. I ne…
27. Rainbow Lodge
We don't get to go here as often as we would like. The prices are moderate. The food is amazing and they have a great selection of wines. The ambience and service are impeccable. We will continue to return.
This place is wonderful. I love everything about it, the food, the atmosphere, the wait staff, the location & I really love the Cheif. We had a party of 10 and a very special occation to celebrate. I wouldn't have done it anywhere else. Don't walk, Run to this place NOW!
29. Zula Restaurant
We love this place! My husband and I first came here for a restaurant week deal and was truly impressed. It has a great ambiance, excellent servcie and amazing food. The restaurant is dimly lit and has a live music with Jazz and Blues music. \r For all the food we got, I love every single dish f…
I can only think of good things to say about Teala's. I have visited many mexican restaurants, as have most people who live in Houston, and can honestly say this restaurant is a cut above. One of my favorite things to do is to have margaritas with my boyfriend or friends on the open patio while …
Great experience. I often visit Applebee's while traveling around the country. This has been one of the best Applebee's experiences I've had. Great food. Friendly staff, and a very nice environment!
they were eager to get my part ..even though they stayed extremely busy they was always polite. also the price i was quoted over the phone did not change
Probably the best margaritas in town. The rest of the food is great also. Not cheap, but you get good value for what you pay.
It is a nice place but the food is just ok. I keep thinking it will be better but it isn't. I am not saying I won't go again, but I don't know just wish it were better.
Awful. Do not waste your money. We invited a friend to go to dinner at Perry's Market and Grille on Scarsdale. I ordered the pork chop while the two men ordered rib eyes. I did not realize it until I tried to cut an additional piece of pork chop that it was so charred/overdone on top that the steak knife would not cut through it. I asked the waiter to show it to the manager. I assume he did, but the manager did not come talk to me nor did the waiter mention it again. He just boxed it up. Not only was my pork chop bad, but neither man at our table ate more than a third of his rib eye. When I asked the guys what they thought of their food, they said it was okay but not remarkable. We were not impressed with this restaurant. Shame on Perry's for serving this kind of food.
Way too overpriced. The ads prices are reasonable but then inside everything's way overpriced. Seems like false advertising to me. They will probably go out of business.
We visited on a Sunday afternoon before the Astros Matinee game. The hamburgers were very dry, well over cooked and tasted like the cheap frozen burgers you can buy at the grocery store. They had no flavor and were very charred. The French fries did not have flavor and were undercooked. We wished we had waited and eaten in the stadium. The beer was cold.
I'm very happy with the food and the service I received. The staff was courteous, and prompt. The food was fresh, and tasty. Plan to come back.
Food is Awesome, Great staff. Definitely recommend you visit at least once while in Houston. Breakfast food done right.
