This shop has saved me when I needed help. Had an electrical problem on the water on a Sunday. Called knowing they were closed, and it just happened his cell phone was transferred to his shop. He stayed on the phone with me and got me back to the docks...who does that? once I had my boat to them they had it turned around in 3 days. They are not the cheapest, but what they fix is done right. It's done fast, and they care about what keeps me fishing. They are not open on weekends, but that's fine as I like to fish then anyways. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND STONE AND SONS...period!Your wasting your time taking it elsewhere.

Will never use this shop agian. I called and talk to Mark and ask to drop off a mercury outboard to have the motor tuned up, he said sure. I arrived and he decided they did not have time to work on it. Called a few months later to see if they had time he said yes. Returned and droped off and ask them to call with quote if any needed repairs. Never got a call so i called on week 3 and 4 and nobody knew what was wrong with it or how much. On the 5 week they said carb was cracked and needed to be replaced gave estimate of aprox. $300. I told them i would come pick it up. I arrived at shop folliwing day and the mechanic tells me he just got the work order on it the prior day and it did not have a cracked carb just needed a tune up. New quote aprox. $200. I was so tired of the runaround i told them forget it i will go somewhere else. The only thing i can say good about this place is the mechanic was very honest and upfront unlike the rest of the staff.
They had me in and out within a week for major repairs. This is the middle of summer and every other place gave me a 3+ week wait. There was a part that was needed that is no longer made and they had a new and used one, so they tried to save me money. I don't get to use the boat as much as I like, so when I do, I want it to work. The Stones have saved me more than once even on the phone. This shop is my number one choice and I drive 40 minutes to get there passing all the other shops that have screwed me over the years
