Everything was amazing! Great and friendly service from the start. The waiting list was long but moved very quickly. The "green eggs" were the best I have ever had! Beautiful food presentation too. They certainly don't skimp on the proteins. Very well worth the price which was very low. Would lo…
I have no problem with the $20 cover to attend the St. Patrick’s Day celebration at McGonigel’s Mucky Duck. A quality venue with outstanding music, entertainment, food, and beer made me feel like I was actually in Ireland rather than Upper Kirby District. The owners sacrifice nothing to make i…
i've been here for a year and had trouble finding authentic pizza in houston.... and this place rocks. great food, reasonable price, new york friendliness. really! : ) that's a good thing! : )
Second time going and as usual was so amazing. First time I tried cashew chicken which is my favorite. The second was the basil chicken which was good too just not as spicy. Overall great place, great service, I would definitely recommend it to anyone.
Chama Gaucha is the best Brazilian restaurant in Houston, TX. They have the best service and the food is amazing! I love the way they cook the meat! It is not salt and I love the pao de queijo and they also have farofa!!!! Keep the good work!
I loved this place the moment I stepped in the door. Food was awesome, service and wait staff so nice. I couldn't have been more pleased and romantic piano playing in the background!

The steaks were excellent, juicy and cooked to perfection. The lobster mac n cheese was to die for. My husbands lobster bisque was creamy and filled with lobster pieces and the caesar salad was yummy. If that wasn't enough the creme brulee served with a candle for my dessert was delicious.
23. The Melting Pot
I love this restaurant. We always get the Big Night Out, and it just feels like a special occasion. You sit in private booths and cook/dip your own food. And we usually take a good 2-3 hours. The big night out has gone up in price -- last time we went it was $84/a couple (more if you add lob…
24. Frank's Pizza
I've had pizza all of the Houston area and have found the best here. Whenever I have friends come into town I take them straight to Franks. Really my only complaint is the parking. But what do you expect when the place is downtown.
26. Da Marco
Obviously this isn't a place to go to everyday, but if you have a special occasion coming up you should definitely consider Da Marco's! Been taking my wife here for years and we will keep coming back.
Last night we celebrated our daughters 18th birthday at Reef. What a fabulous choice! We had the greatest waiter named Gil, nothing to much trouble, very informative and accomodating. The seafood was the best we have had since moving here 6 years ago. Reef will now be our favorite restaurant in …
Looking for a great way to spend a Saturday afternoon with friends? Check out the new St. Arnold’s Brewery --dubbed the ‘Newery’ by the St. Arnold’s Brew Crew. In early 2010, St. Arnold’s moved into their new facility just northeast of downtown. They have tours on Saturdays and just started h…
My favorite is the flautas. The were crunchy on the outside and tender, juicy and tasty on the inside. The staff was wonderful and professional on a Saturday night. Great place for families, couples or friends
30. Bistro Le Cep
It was an absolute delight.I loved how quaint the setting is. Very classic, outdated in the best way but thats the entire appeal. It was just like being in a quiet little French town with English-speaking waiters and a much louder roudier crowd! Food was fantastic, the Moules Aux Fines herbs was…
