The quality of the work is top shelf all the way. The plumber that was sent to my home was clean-cut, articulate, and completely professional. I could not be happier with the workmanship. Having said all that, expect a quote that is at least 50% higher than other bids. Would I use YB Plumbing again?...yes, but probably just for work for which quality workmanship is required. Would I recommend YB Plumbing to a friend? yes, but I would warn them to be prepared for a stout invoice. At the end of the day...you get what you pay for
This company is the absolute worst. They took payment from me and never did the work they said they were going to do. I paid them up front because I thought they were an honest company, due to the relatively good reviews. The main guy in charge lied to me several times and even promised me a refund. The refund was never issued. I filed a dispute with my credit card company and YB Plumbing had the audacity to claim that they did the work and insinuated that I must be lying. This company is manipulative and lacks basic human decency. They stole $495 of my hard earned money and have no problem doing this to anyone else. BEWARE! Do not use these guys!
I'm really just a satisfied customer. They came out per our appointment, they spent quite a bit of time getting my water heater replaced. No hidden fees, and just great service. I recommend these guys for anyone needing a plumber, big jobs or little.
Had great experience with Jay the plumber. He explained everything before fixing my leak and even got me a coupon for next time if I'll need any.
I am very relieved i found this plumbing company: from the appointment setup, to the very nice plumber that came within the scheduled time. Gave advice since it was not really broken, but in need of further fixing. Will definitely call YB Plumbing again.
I will never recommend this company to anyone.. ever... I had a clogged kitchen drain, and because someone tried to fix it with the wrong diameter snake tool (4in Large snake), in the wrong clean out and failed. I was quoted a 380.00 charge to even attempt to fix the issue. Shameless and greedy. I rented the correct 2 in small snake and ran 50 ft myself and it was fixed in 15 min. total cost = $40.00 very disappointed and dissatisfied....
My toilet was clogged called yb plumbing and Ben the plumber showed up 20 min later. 10 min after that my toilet was unclogged great service thank you yb.!!

When my toilet back up I was very concerned. The plumber had a camera that showed my exactly where the problem was. They used a very powerful hydro jet machine that open the line in 6 min!!!! Very professional and great service.

This is the best plumbing company in Houston, TX. I have used the YB Plumbing service since 10 years ago and they always did a great job for all my plumbing issues. The plumbing issue was a nightmare for me before I found YB Plumbing. Other plumber have charged me for a very expensive price only to installed a new water tank system in my house. Then my best friend recommend me to YB Plumbing and they gave me a half price than other plumber to installed the same water tank system in my rental house. I will only use YB Plumbing service from now on!

Called YB Plumbing to install a new water heater and they sent a plumber to my home at the same day. No long waiting time. The plumber installed my new water heater within an hour and before he left my home he cleaned up his work area. Will definitely use YB Plumbing service again!
