Good business. I brought my car here to get repaired from having gotten involved in a fender bender. This company repaired my car within 4 days from day of drop off and they kept me updated as my vehicle was serviced. They did a very good job. I give them 5 stars. Thanks!

Looking for a competent, honest body shop? Go here and ask Tony to help you. Today I had just come from my gym and was sitting in my Audi Q5 in the parking lot, talking to my daughter on my cell. Suddenly I felt a big bump as another car pulled into the empty spot to my left. I got out. Shed left two scratches on my fender, one long. We exchanged info and I debated whether to call my insurance company right away as they want you to. Instead I called and asked Tony if hed take a look. He did and in less than 5 minutes had one of his workers, Nian, buff the scratches out entirely. No charge. Others might have tried to get something out the owner of an Audi. Not them. This was my second dealing with Uptown Collision Center and the first time there was real damage to a previous car, a Subaru Forster. My insurance company paid and Tony took care of it without gouging the company. I hope I never need body work again but if I do I wont even consider anyone else. How did I find them? They were recommended by Steves Automotive, an equally honest and competent mechanic shop. The last time I had auto shops this good I was a youngster just out of school working outside of Chicago having bought my first car. Its been a long wait to find the equal in Uptown Collision and Steves Automotive. I couldnt recommend them more highly.

Trunk was a mess w/o cargo net attached. Inside the Car had a strong smell like paint. I've aired it out several times and it's just now beginning to subside. The process itself was good and staff wanted to make everything right. I'd probably do it again as it's so convenient!

Geico referred me to Uptown Collision after I had a car accident. They handled everything well and did an overall excellent job. The people that work here are extremely friendly, hard working, and courteous. I would recommend this place to everyone.
