Love Gene and the UPS Store folks. I've done business with them for almost 10 years, and have found them to be friendly, reliable, and helpful. they've helped with me with shipping faxing, Notary Services, and have been terrific.

Worst customer service ever! i...

Worst customer service ever! i took my monitor speaker system to return to the online store, and since they had to package it they charged me 15 something,, before i even said yes, they were already packaging it, and then i figured i didn't had enough to i asked them if they could hold it for me till later to get cash, the lady in the front desk made a face and said ok, then on that day i had an emergency and i spend the last few dollars i had, so i called them and told them what happened and ask for my options, the man was annoyed and i do understand him but he was rude and told me he was not going to let me take the package to come on friday, so he didnt want to unpackage it either, but he didn't want hold it for me!! i was like what?? so i was left with no choices!! then he agreed to hold it till friday in a very rude way, this was Tuesday, the lady called me on wednesday and asked me to go pick it up, i told her about what i talked to the manager and she said: Well we're not a storage facility here, you need to come right now! i didn;t want to argue so i told her i'll be there next day, i borrowed $15 from my friend and went and pay the package. If they woul've kept their word when they said they could hold it till friday, there was no problem, I even told them I could unpackage it myself but they didn't want to take any choice!!! what am i supposed to do? i'm never going back there, they made me feel very unwelcomed and like a thief or something :/
