Horrible place to do business

Shawn the "manager" is an awful person. He has harrased me at home to the point that I had to call the police on him. He mailed a package of mine to Oregon instead of Colorado. The pwrson that got my package then stole most of the contents of the package. After 3 months of going back and forth with Shawn. He refused to reinburse me. He said he sis not make the mistake, even though his name is on my receipt. The owner Mike Durham doesn't care how Shawn treats his customers. Mike Durham is fully aware of what's going on because he was contacted by corporate ups office about this problem. You can read other reviews about this place and they all say this place is horrible.

Horrible place to do business

Shawn the ""manager"" put the wrong label on my package and it went to Oregon instead of Colorado. The person that got my package stole most of the stuff out of the box, then sent it back to the ups store. Shawn then told me he would put in a claim to reinburse me. After 3 months of going back and forth he refused to pay me. When I called in a complaint to the corporate UPS office they contacted the owner Mike Durham. He then told Shawn to handle it. Sean called me at my home and harrassed me to the point I had to call the police on him. He cursed me out and threatened me. Still the owner does nothing about his managers behavior. I wonder what Mr. Mike Durham is like since he doesn't give a c^&* about his customers. Oh, one more thing. I have the receipt with Shawn's name on it as the clerk that served me, and he still denies he made a mistake. DO NOT go here. I've heard him cusiing out other customers.

dont waste your time

I have had several bad experiences at this store. I had a package get lost and when I had to have it tracked from ups they didnt even show any record of it ever leaving the store.The manager whose name is Sean has been nothing but rude to me and several of my co workers going so far as telling me and another girl to F**K OFF and called one of my other co wokers and ASIAN B**CH, and when i talked to the owner about it nothing was done. I will not be taking my busuness there if that is how they treat customers.
