Texas Fowlers

If you are looking for great customer service, I can tell you first hand, you're looking in the wrong place. I ordered a under armour full throttle parka and I had sent 3 emails over a weeks time trying to get a tracking number for my purchase. No big deal right? Honestly I could do without the tracking number as long as it got here in a decent amount of time. After no responses to my email I find their number online and call it. No answer for 3 days then finally (and this happened today) I get an answer. The lady says this isn't Texas Fowlers. I'm like, "So why does your answering machine say thank you for calling Texas Fowlers?" She gives me a 1-800 number to call and I try it. I get an answer and I ask the guy if this is Texas Fowlers. He says, "Yeah. What do you need?" I tell the guy that I've sent some emails in trying to get a tracking number for my recent purchase. "How did you get this number?" he asks. I tell him I looked the other number up on the internet and some lady gave me this number. Turns out it was his ex wife. So anyways I ask him about the tracking number and he says he can't do it because he was busy. Tells me to email him the order number and he would cancel the order. I told him I didn't want to cancel the order and I just wanted my stuff. His response word for word............. "Sorry buddy, bye!" Hung up on me!!!! What a freakin' joke. Now I dont have a clue if i'm just out 200 bucks or what. I hope this really keeps at least one person from buying something there. Whoever runs this joke of a company is a joke himself. Bout all I can say about Texas Fowlers. Bottom line, just get it from bass pro shop or cabela's. Even if its a little more expensive.
