Had a GREAT experience at this business. Employees are very knowledgable, and interested in getting you what you need!!!! GREAT to work with. They deliver at a fair price which includes setting up the appliance too. (Can you believe that??!!!) They don't leave until they're sure it works! I am completely impressed with their customer service, great attitude and a genuine desire to help their customer get what they need at a FAIR price. Make sure you get the address right - 6650!! Not the shop next door.

I have heard terrible reviews about this place but was recommended to me by a very close friend of mine so I decided to give it a shot after all. A very nice young lady with glasses helped me and I had a wonderful experience. I have heard awful things about customer service but this young lady was wonderful

Roy and his Employees at Scratch and Dent walk the walk, not just talk the talk. I have seen some negative comments on here, and have been like, "Wow someone really has a lot of time to complain about a Warranty that is as Good as Best Buy, if not better".



I could not afford all new everything so I remembered a friend who went there, and I went and saved about $2,000.00. Most importantly when I called on a Sunday someone answered and took my information. Come Monday they called me. Today they were at my home.



They came today, were highly professional, explained to my wife, "No you do not owe us a Penny more and we are Coming back to fix your issue as well as another we found, and they are coming back with the Parts at no extra cost. That is a warranty with something more than fine print to it.

This place is a disgrace I don't even understand how they are still in business. I bought a front loader washer from them November of 2012 and is almost November again and I'm still going back and forth with these people about these washing machines. I've had to have 3 washers replaced because the computers keep going out in them they can't fix them but they claim they are going to but instead they just replace and then complain cause they keep replacing them. Roy the owner is a joke he try to talk to u in that sweet tone and screwing you at the same time. They do not give refunds and is taking months at a time to even get a part and they don't want you to inquire about it. These people have fell and bumped their head. They talk about each other and blame each other for the mistakes. Don't waste your money here keep looking. They have unqualified technicians and definitely not qualified he has young adults working for him as the technicians his grandkids. Wish there was an inch of an start cause one star is to much for them.

I would never recommend this place to anyone. Roy the manager has no idea that customer service even exists. He's a rude lying thief. I was supposed of purchased a brand new ac unit from this place. That came full of Freon for $600 after paying over half of the purchase price in order for them to order the unit. It turns out to refurbished and empty. We discussed the issue with the manager Roy and he refused to give us our money back. Even thou we hadn't left the store with the unit. He refused to fill the unit with Freon as it was promised and continued to lie in front of the rest if the staff about how nothing was promised with our purchase and he didn't care if we were unhappy. He gave us the choice : either you pay me the balance and take the unit or simply lose your money. An employee of the place offered to GIVE us his personal Freon pump to fill the ac for. Not even an employee could believe the treatment that we got at this place.

I wish I had researched this place before I purchased my dishwasher from them last Saturday. While they had a varied selection at reasonable prices, they do not stand behind their service or product. In fact, they quiet literally “abandon” you once cash has changed hands.



Delivery was late and incomplete and the dishwasher immediately broke down and leaked. It didn’t even make it past the second cycle… When I called the next morning, they were quick to let me know they would charge me a $65 service fee even though they just delivered it and despite the fact that the machine failed to work from the get go.



To add insult, they didn’t want to hear my complaint, they only wanted me to agree to pay them the fee in addition to any parts or labor required to “complete” the job. I assume they DO NOT TEST these machines for repair needs prior to selling them, or perhaps they deliberately choose to sell machines that are broken in order to UP-CHARGE you the repairs +$65 service call. Either way, it’s deceptive and poor business.



There are plenty of other scratch and dent companies that are reputable and care about their customer. This place does not. Don’t believe me? Here are reviews from other sites:

Do not buy any appliances from this place. I purchased a refrigerator from this place on August 31, 2012, with a one year guarantee. The ice maker has never worked. As of this date they have not fixed or replaced the ice maker. My only solution is to have a service man come make the repairs and sue this place in small claims court for the repairs and time I’ve taken off from work to have the ice maker fixed.

We had a very good sales person. They answered our questions and helped us look for things in our price range.

I liked it very much how well they treated me they were nice and very respectful despite all the great appliance they had available. Sales person was very helpful and informative.

I HAVE BEEN TO SCRATCH AND DENT OFF HOOVER ALOT OF TIMES AND THEY ARE VARY FRIENDLY AND THEY HAVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE .
