I received a coupon in the mail and thought I would give this company a try. What a MISTAKE! on May 07,2010. It took them less than 30 minutes to clean 6 bedrooms and a couch. After drying, the carpet was stickly and hard. I contacted them (SAME DAY) about the issue and was prepared to stop payment on the check when I found out the check was immediately cashed, on a weekend! Also, they brushed over the COUCH and it was still DIRTY. They promised to fix the issues, after contacting them three (3) times, there was a NO SHOW and they HUNG UP on me CONSTANTLY!.

Unless you have money to throw away, BEWARE they DON'T CARE and they DO NOT STAND BY THERE SERVICE!

Poor quality

They took less than 20 minutes to do the "cleaning" of 3 bedrooms. No stains were removed (or even lightened). It seems they just sprayed water (a lot of) on the carpet.

The guy wanted to get the credit card right away (immediately after he saw the rooms). He also tried to sell some de-odorizer and chemical treatment for the carpet - which we refused. While the carpet was being cleaned by the second person, he wanted me sign a sheet (....job has been completed satisfactorily,etc..).

Summary - poor quality job, unprofessional, avoid them if possible.

absolutely rediculous

I received a coupon in my mailbox for this company and called to schedule service. When I asked if they were insured the owner of the business hung up on me. My husband called back and the OWNER stated that he thought it was innappropriate for me to ask if they were insured. Needless to say we will not be bringing them into our home and I suggest you take caution before allowing someone in your home who is offended by a customer asking if the business is insured against breaking your belongings.
