Regency Car Wash

I was threatened by the manager of this business ; Jose . I use this car wash frequently but today I encountered lude reckless behavior supposedly from the manager . . .Jose. I am certain that they report to a corporate headquarters but I was told no they don't. I will never go to this car wash again! & I will be contacting the better business bureau for further assistance. I was cussed out and told that they were calling the cops on me. All of this occurred from a simple question I ask. . . were is my car wash ticket. What I encountered is unacceptable !

Exellent job they are professional

Today I drove there for an exterior wash. I heard some exhaust sound and tire spinning while I was paying inside, I recognized that was my car, so I ran out to see whats going on, I saw the wash guy launched my car, and other wash guys evil smiled at my car. Then I went down to talk to the guy launched my car, apparently he thinks Im 3 year old so he said it was because the tire slips on water. Then I talked to his supervisor, his supervisor would just give me bunch of excuses like "That guy is stupid." All I wanted is just an apologize, I cant believe it is so hard for him to just admit it was his fault. I'll never go back there again, and I would suggest you dont go there either if you own a sporty car, they gonna treat your car like a rental car.
