Reborn Granite

I bought my kitchen faucet here at the recommendation of my contractor and 7 months later it is defective and water is spewing everywhere. When I called to exchange, they said they have a 6 month policy (which I can't find anywhere online or on my receipt). I would never recommend anyone to buy here. At least Home Depot and Lowes exchanges defective products and stands behind their products.

i install granite on many residents houses. and most of the time i buy it from here reborn granite.most of the time i compare prices and reborn granite gives me the best price.

Hi, I am so glad I got this review. I couldn't find any review regarding Reborn Granite. I am using Uptown Granite for installing my countertop. The guy who installs it advised me to go to Reborn Granite and pickout the granite slab myself........I am hoping that this would eliminate any late surprises. Did you have the option of doing this?

I ordered granite for my new house. I picked up a few samples to match all my stuff. I found one that blended all my colors nicely. I ordered it from Bruce Baker, in Katy Texas (he did the install) by the name on the sample. He then ordered the actual granite (by name) from REBORN GRANITE (who gave Bruce the samples) in Houston. They sent it over to Bruce who cut it to fit my kitchen. When I showed up, after it was installed, it was TOTALLY the WRONG color. It wasn't Bruce's fault so we went directly to Reborn who didn't care and was quite rude about it. They were very unprofessional and refused to do anything. I would strongly suggest a different company to do business with.
