We went to the Randall's in Georgetown Texas today. This is the fouth time in the last 2 months they have sent us a flyer and we have driven all the way over there only to find one item of meat or two at best offered for selection. They send you a flyer to put things on sale and then they never have them out when you go shopping for them. So today I called the store manager. He informed me that there were five guys working in the meat department and that there was plenty of meat all over the store. I asked him why there were six of us waiting at the end of the brisket area and there was only one brisket in the case? He said there was plenty of meat in the store. Why wasn't it out then? Like I said 4 times in the last couple of months is too much for me. I'm keeping my dollars at HEB. And by the way the manager was a real jerk in his response. He didn't offer up an explanation or an apology! I hope they go out of business! No quality control in this store period!

Went to the Randall's in Leander to have them cut my meats as always, was told their cutting machine had been removed and it wasn't possible. I asked if this was a permanent situation and told they think so. Oh well I guess I can spend my several thousands of dollars in HEB which in fact is closer. Very disappointed about this decision and won't go back again.

Is Randalls Georgetown, Texas going to be the next Red Hen, Virginia. Possibly. Employees are required to have a negative attitude, harass, stalk, and demand customers buy what they want when they want, or you will be banned from shopping in the store. They will also stalk one all over Austin with the neighborhood. The highschool girls at Starbucks, monitor how long you are sitting in the area, what you are doing and if they think it is unusual, they will tell managers, who will call police. Is this just like the Starbucks in Philadelphia, yes. How long will this store be in business? Will you patronize with these issues of bigotry?

I have shopped at Randall's since the first store opened in the 1980's. There was a new store that opened in Georgetown, Texas January, 2018. I was very excited as I know the quality of the food offered there and the great customer service. Unfortunately, things have changed and I noticed on this site that many stores have hired employees that are rude,
harassing to customers, demanding customers to buy things and at certain times. This is very unfortunate situation. The georgetown store has taken it a step further, in retaliation for informing corporate of their issues, they push the "do not like" button and call the police to give customers a criminal tresspass warning, using false accusations, so a customer is
forbidden to ever shop in the store or in the complex they own. Very sad.

The Randalls in the Woodlands TX at Panther creek has serious issues due to the women Manger and the man, they are terribly rude and the store needs an image change, the people in the area are talking about not shopping 🛒 there any longer because of this and going to Heb, or Krogers, the prices are to high and the Management is absolutely Terrible...

Would give less than 1 star if I could. The location at fm 1960 @ champion forest is awful. Expired items flood the shelves. Not just once or twice, but often. Terrible lines with only 2 lanes open. Express lane not open at all when long lines of shoppers are crammed into 2 aisles. Ridiculous. Neighbors all admit they ONLY shop there because it is so close.
