        Overall

        Management is awful. When entering the property after office hours one can tell that this place is used as a homeless encampment. After just renting for a few months I felt my belongings were no longer safe in the facility, homeless people camp out here in the units, they pee inside the hallways, smells like urine, it's surrounded by apartments that have high crime rates, do yourself a favor and not rent here. During Rodeo season and other events at in NRG stadium, after 5 PM you're more likely to be blocked by cars in front of your unit because they do parking for NRG Stadium events. Traffic is always blocked because the events at in NRG stadium, it can take you an hour once you exit 610 onto Main just to get to your unit, if it's not blocked by a car parked in front of it. You're supposed to have access to your unit till 10 PM. The traffic flow going in and out of the storage facility is backed up do to the side business of parking cars for an NRG events.
