Overall

I would say that the facility was great.. The set up of the food and drinks was horrible. Cold food and no drinks. Keep in mind that we paid for the food and drinks to be catered. If I we wanted food to be brought in like pot luck. We would have done that! Also paid for a bartender and no bartender when my party started! Get this very limited liquor! Nothing in the contract that was presented actually went well. I took the owners word and lesson learned. If you use the facility don't do the package.

My Family had our end of the year Party on Friday, it was a great success. But the real shout out goes to Ms. Pearl Block. She is the owner of the Palm Palace. She treated us like Royalty. Thanks to Ms. Block and her team. If you would like to see her place, Search the PALM PALACE.

This place is beautiful and the owner is very, very helpful. I'm sure that many could attest to this. The customer service staff there will accommodate all the needs that you may have. I attended the wedding of the above young lady, and I believe that her wedding was as much of a success as it was, due to the owner of the venue. The young lady was not at all prepared to get married or shall I say, have a wedding. Her budget was not in accordance with the venue nor with the additional services that she requested from the venue. If you ask me, she got a deal! Two hours to set up before an event is more than enough time "IF" you're at all prepared. What do you think you should have? All day? Those who've been exposed to such would know that the standard set up and break down time for any event facility is 2 hours before and 1 hour after. But you can't help everyone. It's sad that this young lady would attempt to bad mouth such a nice venue and it's staff for doing nothing but helping her.

I used them for a wedding and ...

I used them for a wedding and because they would only open up the building 2 hours prior to my wedding starting, everything else went off track. Also i was informed that i had to use only their bartenders, who was not dressed professional and was back there drinking my alcohol. Also the owner of the building stayed throughout my event, roaming around and talking with my guest and watching everyhing. the bartender/helper kept walking in an out of the bridal suite while we were trying to get dressed. Very unprofessional. Not even a full service kitchen. Only 2 microwaves. I wouldnt recommend them to my enemies.
