Cuidado cuando venga a comer aqui si le gusta el marisco o la cervecita con limoncito por que cada rebanada de limon de menos de medio centimetro te la venden en $.75 centavos cheque su bill cuando pague no estoy molesto por el mugroso dollar es el abuso una falta de respeto al cliente si la comida no tiene sabor y le pides limon para condimentarla mejor te lo cobran que mal eso habla muy mal del propietario del negocio y del negocio mismo ay que ser buen negociante en la vida pero nunca un muerto de hambre avaro como los dueños de esta empresa por $1.50 dollares que me cobraron por las dos beses que les pedi un limon perdieron un cliente regula

I got my soup and i found a dead cockroach on my soup. I didnt make a big deal i just paid n left. I was so diagusted, besides the service being bad. I couldn't believe this.

My family and I were just at the Ostioneria Michoacana at the federal location for my fathers birthday. The server was a new server but he was still doing a good job. My mom ordered half of a pound of the camaron botana. We had already all received our food except for my mom, out server came over and apologized and said it would still take a little while we said it was ok and continued to wait. After a while they came out and we finished our dinner. When the check came the tab said that we had had the whole pound of the shrimp my mom brought it to the servers attention and he said that it was his mistake and that they would be able to fix it up at the front register. We got to the register and we told the lady there, manager Mariana, that there had been a mistake. She looked at the bill and she said that on the servers ticket it said we had the pound and we told her again that we didn't ask for that. She got super rude and said that either way we ate them she said in Spanish that either way "ya no los habíamos tragado". That is such a disrespectful and rude way to talk to any person let alone a customer. She continued to fight with us saying that we had already consumed them either way in a condensing tone. She finally said that she would put half a pound on our tab but that the other half of a pound the server would have to pay and kept speaking in a very rude tone to my mom and I. When I asked her her name she got in my face and told me that if I had a complaint to come back tomorrow and let someone else know. The served looked very afraid and intimidated and of course we were not going to leave it to him to pay the other half so we paid for the whole pound. I will NEVER return to that restaurant or any of the franchises ever again. Our whole extended family would always go there for special occasions but I will make sure that they know about what happened. Because of a very rude manager that thought she was better than everyone else this establishment just lost a lot of business.
