This place is always busy and I do not understand why? My guess would be because of the name recognition (TV commercial, marketing). I was not so impressed by the quality of the food, everything tasted like a frozen food but had to give it for the dessert I had. That is why 3 stars otherwise 2 or 2 1/2.
I called to ask them how long the wait was. There response "there is not a wait right now". I said ok and get there approx. 5 min. later. Then they say there is a 10 min. wait. I tell them what I was told over the phone and their response is "Oh well, they're not supposed to give est. times over the phone." Ridiculous!

I every time i go here it always smells like mildew. Terrible service is also a factor. I once waited 2 hours for crappy food that my two year cousin could have made. I would have rather eaten my throw up than this food. The smell just makes the experience ten times worse.

loved it everthing was great the food the mood the service the prices me and my husband went there for our one year wedding ann. and i was 7 months preg. at the time and they made sure i had a comfortable place to sit while i waited for our table and we were seated very quickly our food was brought out very quickly and the waitress didnt keep bothering us through our meal like at some places with the younger waitresses and she brought us to go boxes without bieng asked and when we wanted to take home breadsticks (my favorite) she got us a fresh baked batch t otake home with us. it was a wonderfull experience then i went home to my almost 2 yr old and things went back to bieng crazy lol.

My family and I visited OG last night for the never ending pasta bowl and walked away dissappointed again. I don't think I have ever had good service there and walk away every time saying I will never come back. My husband and I ordered the never ending pasta bowl, it took 30 minutes to still get our food and this was at 5pm. It was not busy and all they had to do was put the sauce on the pasta. Viola! Not hard! I asked the hostess for a comment card and she said they didn't have any to speak with the manager who was standing right there and didn't acknowledge my request for a comment card. I don't think I will be returning to OG again!
