Overall

Dishonest. I scheduled an online basic oil change for $19.99. Tires were supposed to be rotated, this states it is included in the $19.99 quote. The technician gave me his "suggestions" and they included brakes. He never asked for a key so how can you "suggest" new brakes if the locks on my tires were still on and my tires were never rotated because 1 rim is obviously different from the rest of the tires and it was in same position as when I dropped vehicle off. Husband came in not long after to have his truck serviced and he had to tell the technician to take his truck back into the garage and rotate his tires. I now see why oil change is the cheapest advertised, you pay for them to do NOTHING!
