Northwood Villas Apartments

This place is affordable but not worth it.

I moved in on August first in the back. When I mooved in there were only two people that lived in my building well 4 months later they started getting really populated.

Im a resident and cant even find a spot when I get home at night. The parking situation is horrible there. Not to mention when I moved in there were no roaches then nasty people moved in.... GROSS. The managment has no sympathy at all. My 2 year old son flushed my 5000 dollar wedding ring set down the toilet. I was crying so much and went to the office to see what we could do about it and this is the apartment boss lady she said there is nothing we could about it in a rude manner. she could have at least had a warm tone about it. So my boyfriends car has gotten towed twice for parking without a sticker. the problem is I could not put him on the lease because he has a possesion of marijuanna charge. The leasing office claims that they are not letting anyone with any criminal history on the leas. I think that its funny because the people living next door to me have a son who has a felony and he wanted to get an apartment and they told him yes he can. That is wrong because they have been there for 7 years they have senority... that is discrimination. My boyfriend is black and that is there problem they only want hispanic people there. I have no problem with Latin people but the office only like whites and hispanic people. WRONG. So I dont recomend living here at all. by the way there name has changed twice since this name. Its Northwood Villa Apartments. They just changed it 2 months ago to Mi Casita Apartments... They are horrible... If I could give no starts I would but that is not available.... DO NOT MOVE IN HERE...
