National Pure Air

I bought a groupon deal from there and I was very happy. Ben was came out and he was very courteous and thorough.

I made an appointment with National Pure and I appreciated what great customer service they have! Jennifer gave me a courtesy call to confirmmy appointment the day before and before the technicians showed up just like she said she would. Billy was my technician and he got to work as soon as he came in. He was very polite and professional and did a wonderful job! I noticed a difference in the quality of the air almost immediately after they finished.

They were very helpful and did a great job. My technician had a lot of information to share with me that I did not know.

Purchased $39 Groupon and paid an additional $200 when the technician stated that the groupon does not cover a full dryer vent cleaning (pointless waste). Then to top it off the technician leaves the AC shut off forcing my pregnant wife to climb in the attic to turn it back on. Also, the technician tried to up sell my wife on an additional $500 in upgrades. Do not buy this groupon or use this company.

I bough and living social deal for my dryer vent cleaned. I got my air ducts cleaned because it was part of the deal, but I really wanted it for my dryer. my dryer was having problems with drying and now it works so much better. Ben was great and was very honest, you can tell he likes this job. I have already recommended them to 3 other people.

Very good service for the price I paid. I had tried to get this service done with a different company who never showed up. national pure was able to give me an appointment quickly. My only problem is that they give a two hour time frame which I didnt understand when i made the appointment. either way I had a pretty good exoerience with these guys.
