I recently wanted to place an order for $60 worth of food, on their website it said they delivered every day 5-8. When I called, a child who sounded no more than 7 or 8 answered- at least that's what they sounded like. I asked if they delivered, the ""child"" said no only on fridays and saturdays. Okay, that was fine. I proceeded to start reading off what items i wanted, the ""child"" had me stop four times and i could hear someone in the background spelling the words that they couldn't spell for them. I usually loved My Le, but now I will have to rethink their customer attitudes. I did not finish my order, and hung up.

I've been going to My Le for seven years now and the service and ambience at My Le is one of the best. I've always had great service and the people are very friendly. And the food is to die for. Jenny is one of the friendliest hostesses you will ever find. She very tentative and is genuinely sincere. I would recommend coming and once here you will be a regular customer. Come once and you?re hooked.
FYI...I'm not sure who the lady is who is complaining but I was there the night she's referring to and she was looking for trouble from the beginning. She caused a seen and yelled obscenities at the top of her lungs and made it very uncomfortable for everyone in the establishment. I was very surprised that someone would come in and embarrass themselves in this manner. I was very embarrassed for My Le. There's always one bad seed that can ruin a nice evening for everyone.

My hubby and I visited them on Nov 5th, 2008. I didn't quite enjoy my experience. We waited for a minute at the door before a slim, tall girl (Jenny?) ushered us in. After a few minutes of consulting the menu, we looked for Jenny and ordered food:
Soups: Chicken Corn, Hot & Sour
NYC Roll, Combination Lo Mein
The soups arrived after a while, and were good. After a reasonable amount of time a waiter brought the NYC Roll. My hubby and I had plenty of things to talk about so we kept busy. We were also looking for Jenny so we could get a pair of chopsticks, and a small boat to mix the ""wasabi"" with Soy. After waiting 10 minutes, and Jenny showing no interest in us, we called for Jenny and asked for what we wanted.
We still assumed that the Lo Mein was on its way. After another 15 minutes, we called for Jenny and inquired about the Lo Mein. She expressed her surprise, and went into the kitchen and came with it. I tried to dig in, but it was pretty cold. Again, I couldn't find Jenny. After I asked Jenny if there is any way, they could give me a fresh hot plate of Lo Mein, she said okay. After another 10 minutes, we found her taking new orders from folks at the Sushi bar. By now it was clear, that apparently, she simply ignored my request, and left me to deal with the Lo Mein.
It had been well over 45 minutes since we entered the restaurant. I politely called her and told her that she is not taking care of us, and that we are considering leaving. She immediately said, okay and you don't have to pay for the food. I was digusted that anyone would behave that way. I wanted to protest and lodge a complaint with the owner/manager of the establishment. After I insisted she did scribble down a name (Sam) and a phone number. But my hubby politely declined and told me that we should just walk away. His take is that it is My Le's loss not mine. I did notice a Citysearch card displayed in the restaurant -- hence my motivation to share my experience.

I remember the first time my wife (now an EX) and daughter walked into My Le back in 2002?We were extremely pleased with the service and excellent food, oh and the price is very reasonable as well. I was completely sold and had to speak to the wonderful owner (SAM) to tell him how much we enjoyed his great food and service. We?ve been friends ever since and my kids now play with his kids weekly. GREAT GUY that SAM!!
The restaurant has been closed for a few months now to get a new face lift and will open to the public March 3, 2008. If you were impressed before you?ll be extremely pleased with the lighting, colors, and over all ambiance of MY LE.

This is where we go when we want a casual meal that we know will be good. For over 7 years, we've never had a bad meal here. That is rare. We usually have the spring rolls and some hot and sour soup. My wife will get some sushi roll - the NYC is her favorite - and it's HUGE for less than ten bucks. They have great fried rice. Their Gen. Tsao's is the best in town. I could go on and on. Everything is great. The vietnamese broccoli is a favorite as well. Go here for Vietnamese, Chinese or Japanese food. It is well worth it. As a matter of fact, I'm walking out the door right now to go myself.

When I worked less than 3 miles from MY Le, I ordered take out lunch at least twice a week, and if I wasn't working, I'd send my husband over when he left work to get it. I have been doing this since a friend introduced me to this wonderful restaurant.
The staff is wonderful and attentive. Sam is the greatest. Whoever waits on me ( it's not always Sam) always remember I like spicy sauce. I never have to ask for the extra spicy sauce!
When I call to place an order, Sam recognizes me and usually completes my sentence as I start to tell him my order.
Do yourself a favor and go to My Le for a wonderful dining experience.

I love this restaurant. I know it has thus far been known for its Vietnamese and Chinese but they have now added a Sushi bar and Primo Sushi chef. The best part is they have PLENTY of Sushi that is for those who normally wouldn't eat Sushi. But trust me there is plenty for people who love fish, and the Sushi is always the very best cut. The service is always impeccable

I attempted to use their web ordering service for pick-up. It failed miserably. They accepted the credit card payment but lost the order and then attempted to charge me a second time after I waited 15 minutes in the restaurant while they cooked the food. Never even received an apology!

My LE is excellent. If you have never had lunch there, you should have lunch there.
I don't really like Asian food, but this is one of my favorite places to eat. You know how some Vietnamese places serves a bunch of lettuce, sprouts, and figs....well.....this place serves MEAT! As much meat as you can eat....and sometimes even on a stick! The best thing is the meat is really tasty. You are never afraid that it is dog or something. The owners are friendly. They even let you break up the check. If you go to lunch with 12 people and everyone orders spring rolls (yummy) and beer and some fancy meal and you just order the value lunch special with water, you don't have to all pitch in equally.
Overall....this is the best restaurant in the Compaq lunch area.

An intimate warm Chinese/ Vietnamese restaurant just north of of Compaq on Texas 3249 at Spring Cypress.
Sam the owner will make a delicious dish for you off the menu or make changes to accomodate your tastes.
He uses the freshest ingredients brought in that day. An example is that the General Tso's chicken is only made with white chicken meat and not the cheaper darker meat. If you like barbeque, try the Fried Rice special with grilled pork, beef and chicken.
For a family, My Le's is a cost effective and good for every one.
Sam throws a Chinese New Year's party for his customers annully and treats them all with friendliness and respect.
Try it and you won't go any place else for your Chinese /Vietnamese Crusine.
