I wish I could give a rating of zero stars. I took my laptop in for a hard drive replacement at the store located in North Houston (Aldine). After three weeks of zero contact; I call down there to get an update. The employee says I can come the next day, I go and the people give me a copy laptop to try to pass off as my laptop. The screen was even cracked. I ask for my laptop and the employee becomes defensive and claims that I insulted him. I took the laptop to check tag numbers on Dell.com and the number were not a match to my original laptop. I take the laptop back and the employee kicks me out of the store and says that since I took that laptop; it was a done deal. The employee then says he sent my laptop away for parts and did not care that if I didn't want the computer given to me. He fails to give me a refund for repairs of which I never received and refuses to give me a unbroken laptop. I have filed claims with the Attorney General, FTC, and BBB. The business employee (Mohammad) refused to contact me to the owner and insults me, as well as threatens to attack me if I do not leave. I recommend that absolutely no one walk into the North store or any of the other two Mobile.Computer stores. The stores are located at :
