Overall

Worst customer service ever. They screwed me over just because i didn't do my homework!!! Mike and his manager Mack took advantage of my trust and sold me a 2015 MB for a price of a 2016. Go to the Sugar land Store NOT Greenway!

Worse used Car Management ever!

i was looking for a 2012 MB C250 and found two that we liked went to the Chevy Dealer Ship(as they have one of the MB C250 in stock and it was close by) but because of the millage I was hesitant to purchase that particular vehicle. Then sales person and I searched for another vehicle found it parked at MB @ Greenway.

Just FYI, Both dealer ships are part of Autonation. Went over there to get the vehicle with the chevy sales person and after arrival at the MB at greenway the car disappeared. The Used car sales manager had no idea where the car is and what is going on with it and to top it off he was extremely rude to a chevy sales person and to me a customer who was there to purchase a vehicle. There was a sales person who knew MORE then his manager about this particular car, he over heard the conversation and told the Mr. Used car sales manager that other salesperson have loaned the car because someones car is in for repair so he gave him that particular car. When i asked Mr. Manager that what he thinks when the car will be back or is there any way you or sales person can call and asked them to bring the vehicle because i am here to buy the vehicle and his reply was "how would I know when the vehicle be back " i was like okay then i asked him what would be the best way for me to find out when the car will be back his reply was you not buying the car from me and then he turned to the sales person and told him very rudely that your selling the car from another dealership, you are selling my cars, its your customer not mine and here i was thinking i am at Autonation dealer ship regardless which ever brand they are selling.

We were about to leave when my 7 year old kid who was thirsty asked him where will be the water that she can drink ( a 7 year old kid asking) that used car sales manager did not even bother to reply to her and totally ignored her then i went there and asked him and he just rudely looked at me and did not reply then i saw the waiting area and asked him again the water should be there? and his reply was " yea should be"

in all of this the one of the sales person was trying to convince me to buy the car from green way and from him not through that sales person from the Chevy dealer ship.

There was a day and night difference in between customer service of chevy and MB at green way, Chevy Dealership customer service was top notch but at MB at greenway was the total opposit. I have dealt with three different Autonation dealerships in last 4 to 6 years (Mitsubishi, Ford and Chevy dealer ships) and by far MB at green way was the one of the worse experience for me and for my family.

Next day i went to BMW west Houston and bought the BMW instead of MB, all because of that one extremely rude used car sales manager at MB at green way .

BEWARE if you go to purchase autos from Mercedes Benz of Houston Greenway location. They have the same owners as the Houston North location. We purchased a 2007 Lexus from the Greenway location. The salesman pulled the books and keys one afternoon and was told my wife would be there the next morning to sign papers.





She arrived the next morning, SIGNED the papers, and went to financing. While in financing, a disturbance broke out in the dealership. My wife found out a few minutes later the reason for the commotion. The dealership informed us they had sold the vehicle to someone else the night before. This was AFTER the keys had already been pulled for us BEFORE that alleged buy. Here is one of the important points. Per the dealership personnel, they were paying $4,100 more than we were. So it became a "violate people's legal rights to turn a buck." The dealership manager called me and admitted they had a LEGAL problem. He stated, "I am going to make it right for you." He went on to say that the buyer had until 4 PM to show up to complete the purchase. He said he would call me if they were not there by 4 to allow me to make the purchase. Dealership personnel (including this manager) have admitted this buyer did NOT show up by 4 PM. Yet he didn't call me. He EVENTUALLY completed the deal for all the extra money. The manager then said he would sell me a car at cost (or 2, as we wanted to buy 2) to "...make it right, because we don't do business this way." To make a long story short, they NEVER did. They have continued to try to sell autos to us for more than TRUE COST...even reneging on a verbal $ deal we made to remedy this nightmare waste of time. By the way, the supposed "make it right deal" reveals the nature of the dealership. We agreed on a vehicle to test drive. When they finally had it available to test drive, it was 3 days later. Yet it had a SPARE TIRE, A 2ND GASHED TIRE, A PAINT PROBLEM ON THE TRUNK, AND WAS FILTHY. BEWARE, BEWARE!!!! They clearly have no intention of making this right, and the attitude reflects such.



I have attempted to let them make it right, but they have shown no intention to do so. Use this post to warn your e-mail address book of this dealership. To not do so could have your friends experiencing the same waste of time and money. DO NOT ALLOW THEM TO DISRESPECT YOU BY EVEN VISITING MERCEDES BENZ OF HOUSTON GREENWAY.
