DON'T GO HERE!!! THIS IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE DENTIST I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. THE RECEPTIONIST, SUE, IS VERY RUDE AND SEEMS TO RUN NOT ONLY THE OFFICE BUT ALSO THE DENTISTS! THIS OFFICE IS LISTED AS DR MAGZEN BUT HE DOES ABSOLUTELY NOTHING - DR ALLEN DOES ALL THE WORK AND HE IS CONSTANTLY CONSULTING WITH DR MAGZEN. THEY DON'T GO OVER ANY OF THE WORK THEY PLAN TO DO WITH YOU AND NEITHER DOES SUE. THEY ONLY ACCEPT CASH AND CHECKS AND REFUSE TO GIVE YOU AN ITEMIZED RECEIPT FOR SERVICES RENDERED. THEY CHARGE FOR WORK THEY DON'T DO AND LIKE TO TAKE INSURANCE PLANS WHERE THEY DON'T HAVE TO SEND IN A CLAIM AND THE PATIENT PAYS ALL THE DISCOUNTED PRICES. THIS WAY THERE IS NO WAY TO CONTEST THE WORK DONE WITH YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY - YOU CAN ONLY DISPUTE THE CHARGES WITH THE DENTIST OFFICE. I HAD TAKE THEM TO COURT TO GET ITEMIZED RECEIPTS AND GET MY MONEY BACK FOR THE WORK THEY CHARGED ME FOR THAT THEY NEVER PERFORMED! I SPEAK FROM EXPERIENCE AND DON'T WANT ANYONE TO HAVE TO GO THROUGH ALL I HAVE TO GET MY MONEY BACK. THERE'S SOMETHING FISHY GOING ON AT THIS OFFICE AND IF THEY DON'T WANT TO GIVE YOU AN ITEMIZED RECEIPT ON YOUR FIRST VISIT---- RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN AND GET A NEW DENTIST.
