If I could give 0 stars I would. They are a rip off. I went in a few days before the new year and they wanted to charge me $4K out of pocket. The "office manager" said I had $1500 left of dental benefit for 2016 and said a cleaning would cost $2,000 and I owed $400 to get my teeth cleaned (standard cleaning). They are just trying to get cash from their patients who don't know their benefits. I left with no service done and they billed my insurance for $600 for X-rays and a cleaning I never received. I also told the OM that I had a $10 copay and she said I didn't. I got a $10 bill in the mail. DONT GO HERE!

I recently had an exam with the general dentist at Lovett on 1960. I found the Doctor to be very informative and professional. As one who strongly dislikes having dental work done, I felt at ease and confident that my dental needs had been addressed and would have a good outcome. I found the staff, front as well as back was very attentive and made me feel at ease. I would, and have recommeded this dental office to my friends and family members

I lost a filling while at work and decided to go in. They were busy but I was seen within a half hour. The Dr. told me it wouldn't be a big deal and they took my insurance. The whole procedure took about 1 1/2 hours, didn't hurt and only cost me about $20 (because of the insurance.) I was treated well and decided to schedule a free cleaning for next week with their hygienist.
I'd reccomend them!
HORRIBLE . I had a my annual check up, the staff was very professional and explained my treatment and how it realated with my insurance. The doctor was very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable and safe. It is an anual visit that I always dread. I will definately return to this office. I acutally liked going to the dentist this time, and will be going back

I was recently seen at Lovett on 1960/Eldridge. The staff was extremely helpful and professional. They got me in at the last minuet and took care of my dental needs effectively. I was very impressed at the level of professionalism.
I will deffinately be going back. My visit is helping me overcome my fear of doing to Dentist.

My insurance switched my family to Lovett Dental little concerned due to the previous group practice did not have available appointments for 2 months out. I called Lovett spoke to nice lady and scheduled me and my family on the same day. I was pleasantly surprised of the nice doctors and staff. My children have future appointments and I was able to get a cleaning. My insurance said I get a free cleaning I did understand the different stages of cleanings but is glad I came to Lovett dental I will refer family and friends.

I was amazed at the bad attitude the staff has at this location. They talk down to patients, say rude things and roll their eyes. The pediatric dentist on site, Dr Debra Davis-Wallace said my 1 year old needed 4 cavity fillings and a cap and wanted to do it by simply wrapping him in a pappoose so he wouldn't move. I asked her how long the procedure would take and she said it depended on how much he cooperated. How much do you think a tied-down 1 year old would cooperate in getting fillings done?! I did not feel comfortable with the dentist and wanted to politely leave but the front desk staff kept pressuring me to sign a consent to have the work done right then and there, then gave me an attitude because I said I wanted to get a second opinion. Never going to back, to say the least!
I visited with a swollen face to get some prescription to get rid of the pain and infection, instead they gave me a $38 exam that they advertise as FREE, and did not prescribe any meds. When I asked "Don't you have to wait till the infection is gone?" he said "We need to pull the tooth out and it will be $248...(x5)" he kept repeating as I didn't understand the first 4 times. It's more of a business than patient service. Would NOT recommend to anyone. Go to Joliet or Castle Dental across the street instead. Again, horrible service and unprofessional staff.
