        Spoke with someone on the phone to apply in Bell County and she was incredibly rude, spoke to me as if I were stupid, questioned my credibility and then practically mocked me for not having information that was the sole reason I was contacting them for help in the first place- because I need help with the legal process. Being treated this way is shameful.

        If my friend was in need of a ...

        If my friend was in need of a lawyer, and the safety of her kids were at stake, I'd say to go beg on the street before going to Lone Star Legal. My husband beat me, and he controlled all the money on our house. I had no car. No phone. And a neighbor let me call this firm for help after so many years of abuse. They said they would help. They said they could get me a protective order and a divorce. Well they didn't bother to respond in time and my husband's mother hired am attorney and I now have no custody of my kids. I am not an alcoholic or a drug addict. I married a man when I was 16 who beat me almost every day of my life.
