Service sucks here, they always have the entrance doors closed, making you walk through the horde of people in the self checkout line.

I have shopped at this store since it opened. It used to be a really clean and well stocked store. Not so any longer. The store is always out of stock, even Kroger brands. There are so many grocery carts filled with items people decided not to buy around the store, it is hard to maneuver. Especially near the Pharmacy. These carts include frozen products. I am buying less frozen products because I am not sure if they put them back in the frozen foods area. In fact I am buying less items period because they are not in stock. The store is not as clean as it used to be.

Most of the cashiers are very good. The lines can be long. Pharmacy personnel are fantastic.

I miss the clean, well stocked Kroger store.

YOU'D BETTER BE PREPARED TO WAIT IN LONG LINES WITH ONLY 1 OR 2 CASHIERS EVEN DURING RUSH TIME! THEY WILL ONLY HAVE 2 CASHIERS , OH YES THEN OF COURSE THE SELF CHECKOUT LANES WHICH THEY TRY TO PUSH. IF I'M CHECKING MYSELF OUT THEN NEED TO LOWER THEIR PRICES WITHOUT THAT STUPID CARD THAT DOES NOTHING FOR YOU. THEY NEED TO GIVE CLIENTS MORE INCENTIVE TO SHOP THERE OTHER THAN SAVING 10 CENTS PER GALLON OF GAS WHEN THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE A GAS STATION ON THEIR PREMISES. THEY KEEP THE STORE TOO WARM; I SEE ALOT OF PEOPLE UNCOMFORTABLE WHILE WAITING IN LINE. THE SACKERS ARE ALL TO EAGER TO TAKE YOUR GROCERIES OUT FOR YOU OR YOU'LL SEE THEM OUTSIDE COLLECTING THE SHOPPING CARTS (SO THEY AREN'T INSDE HELPING OUT THE CASHIERS). THEIR OUTSIDE PARKING LOT LIGHTS WERE NOT WORKING ON MY LAST VISIT 10/05/09 LEAVING CUSTOMERS IN THE DARK HOPING TO GET TO THEIR VEHICLES TO UNLOAD GROCERIES SAFELY.



WHEN TRYING TO RETURN ANYTHING IS SOMETHING ELSE. THE MANAGER MADE A REMARK ABOUT LOSING MONEY HAVING TO CREDIT ME FOR SOMETHING PURCHASED AT ANOTHER KROGER STORE. I TOLD HIM MY FRIEND HAD PICKED IT UP FOR ME ($ IS TIGHT NOW) ; BUT NEEDED TO RETURN IT FOR IT WASN'T THE ACTUAL PRODUCT THAT I NEEDED. HE MADE IT FEEL LIKE IT WAS SUCH AN IMPOSITION TO HIM.
