Once a project is assigned to a project manager, he or she, schedules, estimates, and manages the project from conception until completion. Each project is assigned a project superintendent to over see construction, schedule sub contractors, order materials, and insure the project not only comes in on schedules, but also on budget. J.H. Premier's team concept assures that each and every customer is satisfied from conception to completion.
