Overall

This is a horrible place to get a valve rebuild. I took my part in and advised them to put a rush on rebuilding the valve, which they stated was no problem. After about 3 or 4 day of no contact on the status of the work being performed, I contacted, secretary she stated she would have someone to call me within two hours with the status of the job being performed. After two days later, they called stated the part was BER (Beyond Economical Repair). They also, advised me that I would just have to purchase a brand new part for $4k. I went to pick the part up and some of the parts was missing. I was not aware of the missing parts until I took it to a Timberjack dealership. The Timberjack dealership rebuild the same part for $85 in parts and $150 in labor. Part is now up and working daily with no problem. Due to this negligence I was out of work for over a week. I would not advise my worst enemy to deal with this company.
