these people are crooks. Had my family in there all day and got us approved for 2 vehicles then came back and told us we had to pay more after having the vehicle for 2 weeks.



It’s not every day that I experience service so exceptional that I am moved to writing a testimonial. I want to thank TRAVIS PARKER and the entire staff for a low pressure and hassle free car shopping experience. They went above and beyond to make our purchase fit within our budget and even found 3 different financing options and got us an incredibly low interest rate. Our experience was so good that we went back two days later and purchased another vehicle from them. I trust them and look forward to purchasing more vehicles from them in the future. I would highly recommend Travis for your next car purchase.



Buying my second Hyundai at Hub Hyundai West was very, very good experience. The salesman Mr. Kimbrough Austin was professional and courteous throughout the entire process of getting me in the car of my dreams. In addition to answering all of my questions, he offered refreshments e.g., coffee, water, sodas and provided a tour of the facility. In the future I'll know just where to go when its time to have the car serviced. Mr. Cancel in the finance department did a great job as well. It is with great enthusiasm I recommend Hub Hyundai West for your next car buying experience.



When I bought my car 3 years ago, I had excellent service. Funny how when you're buying something, the customer service is excellent. Any-who, fast forward to present day and I refinanced my vehicle, and my new company pays for my gap insurance. That means Hyundai owes me around half of what I paid. I have been calling and arguing with these people for 2 months now. Now that the time allotted for the refund has passed, I will be contacting my lawyer. The finance department is a complete joke. When speaking to Greg from finance, my new finance company was told that "he didn't deserve any complaint or tone, because he doesn't handle this s---." Cute, huh? When trying to get the manager on the phone, she conveniently doesn't answer...any time of the day. Customer service training obviously lacks at this dealership. It's also not very professional to curse, ignore calls, and have zero knowledge on how to be a decent human being. I will personally make sure no one I know or work for will ever buy from this dealership again.

The only person who has actually tried to help me is Frank from finance.



This place is the absolute WORST place I have EVER bought a car. They added on almost $5000 worth of stuff that we didn't authorize after we had an agreement. They extended out the length of the loan so that the payment wouldn't change in the hopes that we wouldn't notice until it was too late. The worst part is that they added on an extended warranty that they labeled "Customer Protection" on the contract with the explanation that it was temp insurance only until I provided proof that I had my own -- but never created a contract with the actual warranty company. In other words, they charged us for a warranty they NEVER INTENDED on fulfilling. This is the biggest bunch of low life scammers I have ever met.


What a great experience!

My husband and I went in to look at a new Santa Fe. We were very impressed with the services received. Nick and Jay were are sales guys, very informative and easy to talk to. The whole car buying process went as smooth as possible, everyone we met there were so nice from the mechanics, finance guy, and especially the manager! They treated us with then best possible customer service. We actually sent another friend there who was also buying a SUV, she came back and thanked us for recommending them. So, if you're looking for a Hyundai or a Mitsubishi, Hub is the place to go!

Excellent Experience

Jorge Navarez was our salesman and did an excellent job from start to finish. We have visited several dealerships including several Hyundai dealerships. I contacted Jorge by phone, told him exactly what we were looking for. The other Hyundai dealerships did not have the car in stock but Jorge did.
He gave us a price over the phone and we were concerned it was just a gimmick to get us to come in. Nope, not at all. We came in the next morning, test drove the car, he gave us the best price he could give us and we were completely satisfied from start to finish with him. There was no pressure, no hype, very straight forward and very professional. A man of his word. This is the first time we have ever bought a car outside of a Ford. The experience was great. We added a few options to the car and he followed up letting us know when the car was ready. He went over everything in detail for us and made sure we understood everything. Very patient and very helpful. We would highly recommend Jorge again. Excellent experience and would not hesitate looking at another Hyundai again.

Great experience!

Mark C. was our salesman at Hub Hyundai. We would recommend him hands-down to anybody looking for a smooth, easy-going car buying experience. My husband and I were considering a new car but wanting a salesman that would be straight forward with us. Mark greeted us with a welcoming smile and spoke straight to us, never making us feel overwhelmed by the ?salesman? tactics. This was very important to us. Mark made this experience much easier than I thought it could/ would be. Everybody at the dealership went out of their way to be friendly, and a good ?down to earth friendly? and not the ?kill you with kindness friendly.? Between Mark and everybody we have dealt with at Hub, I would recommend this dealership to anybody looking for an easy car-buying experience. Thanks Mark!
