Update: I have been bringing my children to this Dentist for three years. I love everything about this dentist office. I was taken aback when I was called because my children have missed their appointment today. I explained their dad is the one that scheduled off to take them and he had an emergency surgery an aneurysm was removed from his head. Dell who is normally very kind proceeded to then say "okay well I have been told that your children will have to find a different provider". I then called back to find out if I can receive their medical records and Dell stated it is a law that they can only be sent to the new provider. She was rude and seemed irritated by my request. I was confused and asked again she seemed upset and transferred me to the Office Manager Margaret. Margaret was pleasant and explained what the process was and agreed to have those things sent over to me. It is unfortunate that this decision was made, because Dr. Lewis and her staff are excellent. The way this situation was handled was unprofessional.
