I left very happy with the Microderm facial, I opted for an additional massage service and was very pleased with it as well. I was referred to Heights Spa by a friend who has been going there for years to get her nails done, she swears by them and I will vouch for them as well.
The staff is attentive and friendly and the spa is very quiet, I did enjoy how relaxing it was.

First time to Heights Spa with Groupon deal for Microdermabrasion Facial. I was warmly greeted upon arrival and went straight into the treatment room, I noticed the serene feel of the spa right off, very quiet and relaxing, Tina performed the facial, I have read other reviews so asked specifically for Tina to avoid any issues. I followed up the facial with a discounted massage that was offered during my treatment, it was wonderful.
Heights Spa is very convenient in my opinion and the services are above average at least. This spa is not cluttered and messy or smelly like others in the area, I will definitely be back.
Also, I recieved the Squeeze Penny organic pet shampoo as part of my groupon deal, it is hands down the best pet shampoo I have ever used, can't find it in the stores, so heads up when you are there ask for it!!!

I have been a Heights Spa client for 7 years. I purchased multiple Groupon and Living Social deals with Heights Spa last year and have no complaints, I can't imagine some of the other reviewers having such bad experiences, my experiences have been great.

Horrible! This is not a real spa. Worse facial I've ever had and I've had between 20-30 so I know what a facial should be like. I had the Acne Treatment Facial with a Chemical peel which was $70. The lady doing the facial did not know what she was doing. The worse part was the sheets on the table had little balls all over them…. what a horrible feeling. If you want a real facial DON'T go to Heights Spa.

I bought the groupon deal for two occassions. The first time I went the lady who administered the microdermabrasion was professional. The entire expeirience was wonderful, although I couldn't understand her when she was trying to sell other services. I had to leave in a hurry so I didn't leave her a tip, I was planning on doing it the next time I came in.
The second time I unfortunately had a different lady. The experience was HORRIBLE. The beginning of the experience started with her slathering cold cream on my face. It was clear that she had absolutely no experience, she was getting cream all over my eyes and mouth, and removing it with a towel was rough going. When she adminstered the face mask, she turned down the lights as with the first experience, but then she started moving things out of the room. The door was half open and I could hear everyone outside. The mask prevents you from looking around, so it made me uncomfortable and I couldn't relax. I couldn't believe how unprofessional she was! She clearly didn't care to create a relaxing environment, I mean it sounded like she was moving file cabinets! At some point I could hear another person enter the room, and they started talking.
She massaged my hands and arms, and it was the worst massage ever. She kept trying to cold sell massages to me, and when I said I would consider it she started massaging my hands harder, as if to hurt me. When she applied the mask, she didn't bother fully rinsing the rags out, and she literally just slapped them on my skin. Taking them off was just as harsh.
I could go into further details, but suffice it to say the entire experience was HORRIBLE and unprofessional. Don't waste your money coming here.

There is nothing spa-like about this business. I could copy the the review from ""Traveler88"" and put my name on it. Seriously.
This is an old, cluttered nail salon that has not been well maintained. It smelled as if they were cooking a full-on Asian family meal in the salon kitchenette which I can only assume was directly across from the facial room.
There was no steaming, no extractions, no massage, no deep cleaning, just the strange, uncomfortable, and unexplained Collagen thing. I did use a Groupon - still, it was a horrible waste of time and money. And, I still need a facial.
The door was was opened and closed no less than 18 times (I counted after the first 3 because I had already read the reviews) as SEVERAL people walked in and out getting supplies, bumping the table I was laying on.
I could go on and on, but since there were really no redeeming qualities I could find to mention, I have to just encourage you to stay away from facials at this business. I hope they will stop selling skin services or at least figure out what they are.
If you're looking for a good, inexpensive facial, try one of the FaceLogic's around town. It may not be the best ever, but it's relaxing, effective, and affordable.

Thank goodness I bought a Groupon for the collagen facial I had today because I would have been very upset had I paid full price for it. As noted in other reviews, the facialist left the room several times during the facial without explanation, and the language barrier prevented her from explaining the procedure. She did not explain the electric mask that she placed on my face or the electric pad placed under my back. She simply kept asking me if I felt a tingling sensation in my face. I did not feel any tingling, so the mask failed in whatever it was supposed to do. It wasn't until I later Googled collagen facials that I understood that the electric mask is used to enhance the collagen treatment. The electric pad under my back was very uncomfortable, and when I asked the facialist to remove it, she was unable to explain the necessity of it. The experience was not relaxing or soothing in the least. Even now that I understand the collagen facial procedure, I will not return to Heights Spa.

I had high hopes for another nice reasonably-priced day-spa in the Heights, but this one is NOT it! My facial started 20 minutes late, with a 10 minute steam left on my face, before my face was even cleaned, the first of 5-6 times my facialist left the room with no warning. She returned to clean my face with the first of only 2 products she used the entire time, at which point she began to up-sell me on an additional collagen treatment for $15. I finally agreed, simply to get her to stop talking about it. After cleaning my face, she asked if I wanted to change to a bigger room (midway thru my service), because she had to keep opening the door to take items out in order to bring other things in because of the size of the room. After the cleanse, she used the microdermasion machine inconsistently across my face, and followed that with a light moisturizer which she applied to only one of her hands, while the other rubbed my face almost raw during her final massage of my skin. I nearly left the room during one her her lengthy absences to look for her, and each time she wiped my face with dry sponges, it felt like she was using paper towels. The check-out process consisted of them trying to sell me additional facials in the future at a discounted price. No thank you!!!

I showed up about 10 mins late for a dermaglow microdermabrasion treatment & I did like that they were very nice about the fact I was late.
Tina was very nice and the room was inviting. She started the facial but then the steam machine kept stopping so she didn't use hardly any steam on my face...then she answered her cell phone during the treatment. The treatment was supposed to be 45 mins...if I was in there for a full 30 it was too long
I also asked her for an eyebrow wax and when I got home I realized I had to tweeze the spots she had missed.
Their prices are good, but I think I'd rather pay a little more and know that machines will work & employees won't answer phones during the treatments.
I won't be going back.
