- The worst and ghetto front desk..prepare to hear alot of ""I don't know"" and ""That's not my department"" - I scheduled my first appointment with the kind voice over the phone. But when I went to the clinic it was a whole different story!! There is no welcoming atmosphere..they do not acknowledge you with a or even a nod. When you walk in you have to sign in on one of two clipboards (this is where it get's tricky!) they do not mark the clipboards with the one you need to sign. I sat down for 15 min before thinking to myself, ""I'm a new patient, I'm sure there's some type of paperwork I need to fill out"" So I walked back to the counter and had to ask. Laura then in sloppy, annoyed face mumbled to me that I need to sign in with her because I came for a General appntmnt. I told her I already signed in on the other clipboard that says to sign in. She said that's for braces. I asked her why is there no sign? She said ""I don't know"" So I signed in and told her 3 people already have come in and would my turn be soon. She said ""I don't know."" I at that time asked to speak with the Manager or the main Dentist..this was VERY unprofessional. They advised me the manager would be with me in just a minute. So I waited....and waited and waited for 25 minutes at the front desk. Let me tell you what she was doing..she was on her cellphone!!! A personal call because she was talking about her kids, how her lunch went and everything else except work. This was not lunch hour..this was 4:30pm. Soooo why did she keep looking at me when she came back from in and out of the closet where she was talking? Probably to see if I left already. Anywho, long story short she was as unhelpful as expected. She tried to pretend to care about the patients around when I was making a complaint about the ignorant front staff she had. If she really cared she would not have made me wait 25 min for her to hear my complaint. -WORST place ever to go!!- They have a vending machine with cokes, chips and candy. What kind of dental place is this??????????????!! Oh yeah and they had dirty Lil Wayne and Pitbull music videos on. Yeah this is the kinda place where the kids can learn to shake it and talk hood.

P.S. The waiting room is stuffy, hot, and there are over 45 chairs in there..all of which were filled. Good luck standing up to wait for your appointment
