Product is great. No false alarms. Price is great, very low. Monitoring station is avail. 24/7. But if you do need a technician, you have to call between 10 AM & 4 PM, be put on hold until they pick up, then leave a message for the owner. When he calls back, you better have a very long time to explain things over & over. Then he finally sends a tech. The tech is in & out quickly without explaining anything. They do not offer you e-mail to contact anyone, no website, the faxes do not get answered. This is a good affordable company for someone who has several hours during the day to deal with them when needed.
