Kinda dirty. Couldn't get a coffee refill. We witnessed one employee eating in the food prep area and saw another cross contaminate foods.


This place is excellent! The price is reasonable for all that you can get. It's always very busy and hectic so if you are looking for something peaceful good luck! The staff is very friendly and happy to help. The place is always very clean and well stocked. I can't imagine what you would find wrong with this place.



This location has only been op...

This location has only been open for about three weeks and we were so excited about it. Sadly, we will not be returning. The manager (Peter), was extremely rude to me and my family. We decided to visit for my son's 16th birthday and got a table for 8 for him, his siblings, and his friends. Within minutes of them sitting down, the manager came over to ask them for their receipt, implying they didn't pay. My son promptly told him that his dad paid for his meal, and was waiting for them to enjoy their dinner (we rented a limo for his birthday to take him around Houston and we were outside with the limo driver--didn't want to crowd the teens). My son called us and asked us to please come in to show the manager the receipt. When we walked in, the manager immediately said, "Your kids didn't pay!" The cashier immediately informed him that we paid for our children and we presented a receipt. This was a horrible experience, because instead of asking if we in fact paid, he pointed his finger at us and YELLED we didn’t pay! His response was, "Well, we go around to every table and ask them if they paid". My husband asked the next family that walked out (in front of the manager) if they were asked, and they said no. Hmm...sounds like my children were targeted here...I will be making a formal complaint because not only did he accuse my children of stealing, he also yelled at my husband and said out loud to another staff worker, "these people can't come back here!" Worst experience ever and one that my 16 year old son had to experience on his birthday. No, I do not recommend because the service is horrible.
