Do not rent/lease properties if they are the management company. They are unprofessional and completely unorganized. Once the owner switched to them they seemed to never have anything in order. Rachel and Randy Hines called us liars because the old management company couldn't produce the copy of the move-in condition report of the home. Not to mention, several times through communication Rachel stated she "did not have a copy of" the lease or the reports or pictures or anything for that matter. Now they have kept part of our deposit for damages that were done to the property prior to us ever moving in. We provided them the exact copy, included dated and time stamped emails showing receipt of the report, yet still would not honor it. I should also mention that when we had moved out she had stated we had to give a 30 days notice through communication in email so that's what we legally thought we had to do. NOW that she has the copy of the old lease she is throwing it in our face that we had to give 60 days notice and end the lease at the end of the month when we have already moved out and into our home that we purchased. I have never worked with anyone so unprofessional in all the years I had leased properties. Even more so, completely unorganized for a company who has a lot of legal standards to abide by. Stay FAR FAR FAR away from this company. I will assure you that I will let my social network know to never give them business.
