glencairne c.i.a. hmmmm i would say that they are out of control and they need to be fired and our local and state government needs to do something to protect the rights of these property owners. outragous late fees, fines...they will bleed you dry. it doesnt matter if you are old or disabled on a fixed income....they want their money and will use a team of shady attorneys to get it. they should use some of that money to help those in need to do the repairs or whatever code breaking infraction that needs to be corrected but i do not believe they have that option on the table. they treat this old subdivision as if it were full of $250,000 homes but the reality of it is they might average $80,000. property owners write letters to your state representives and let them know you are sick and tired of the glencairne c.i.a. and it is time for them to get off their butts and do something about it ( oh....some of our trusted politicians do have their hand in that cookie jar)
