The two guys they sent out Bernie and John were super knowledgable of everything. They told me what issues were small and minor, how much they could cost, and which ones would be considered deal breakers. Very thorough and were more than happy to answer any questions. Bernie also gave me a lot of tips on how to fix and maintain everything myself. Being a first time home buyer, it was a super relief having it be an enjoyable experience.
