        Forged Products was established in 1963 as a forging producer and supplier for the oil tool industry. The company can make large forgings up to 60,000 pounds and produce large back extrusions. It has been able to maintain its market position in the oil patch industry and expand into other industries. FPI is ISO certified with more than 150,000 square-feet of manufacturing space. The company utilizes open-die, extrusion and semi closed-die forging methodologies to manufacture and machine forgings in a variety of sizes and configurations. FPI stocks an inventory of tooling and standard grades of carbon, alloy and stainless steel. This allows it to fill most orders with shaped forgings, which helps to control costs, lower weights and increase product integrity. Forged Products is headquartered in Houston.
