We have used them a few times and they have been very professional and helpful.
These other reviews about people being late or not having the required people for a private tour is silly. They tell you all of their rules in the beginning, so don;t be mad at them when you break them and they give away or cancel your reservation. Try being an Adult and showing up on time lol.
This Place is the worst!! My reservations was giving away, and we were there almst 20 mins before scheduled. They were so rude about it. They Ladies (Girls) at they desk were so nonchant about it. Bad customer service will not get my business, I dont care how clean the buses are. The police was called because they wouldn't give a group back their money who had booked together and First Class seperated them.. As long as we support their rudeness, it will go on. Never will return!!

I was invited on a private casino tour by a friend. All the people didn't show up. They was lacking ONLY three people, and First Class canceled the trip and kept the sponsor $400. We all had to get of the bus, most people still wanted to go, so we went inside to make reservations, and they didn't even offer a discount. Very, Very Rude customer service by cashiers and manager. If we let them treat us that way, nothing will change. DONT go to First Class, maybe their customer service will change. Name should be changed to"" No Class Caisno Tours"". Try Casino Express, Very Nice people and understanding.

This company is very strict with keeping on schedule. They let us know that we had to be checked in by 15 minutes before the leave time. We were 5 minutes late and they gave away our seats. The next time we scheduled, we arrived 30 minutes ahead of time and there was no problem. They keep their word. This is a popular trip and people are waiting in line to get on. Our bus was running late because of the weather, so the driver adjusted the leave time from the casino so that we would get our full 5 hours there. We make this trip at least 4 times a year now.
We made reservations for a Casino trip 4 days in advance. Upon arriving 12 minutes before the bus was scheduled to leave, we were informed that they didn't think we were coming and gave away our seats. We were so excited about our trip, but had to go back home after driving 25 miles in the rain to catch the bus. We won't use them ever again. No apologies or explanations were given as to why they felt we weren't coming.

The girl in the booth said the manager was not there, but later when we finally reached him over the phone, he said he saw us leaving.
