        Overall

        This office is HORRIBLE! I cancelled them because they were never available to help me with my questions. Even after I sent them my cancellation fax in August 2013 and they decided to IGNORE my cancellation letter and kept withdrawing the payments off my bank account through October 2013. It is now November and I am STILL dealing with Daisy and her people trying to get my money back!! They are rude and worthless, they like to cut people off right in the middle of their sentences only to blame each other about their mess up. They keep giving me the excuse after excuse and I have yet to receive MY money. Daisy will not call me back after all this time, I keep requesting to talk to her and she is NEVER available. I guess she can't admit that she is a total failure as an agent. I have Allstate now and I could not be happier! I get my agent on the phone whenever I need him and he always goes beyond his reach to keep his clients happy!
