Imagine waiting on a floral gift for Valentine's Day from your loved one that never arrives. Then imagine trying to contact the business to get information as to what happened and ask for your $218.00 refund but all phone numbers available you can't reach anyone! Just like the previous reviews, don't spend your money here! You will only be disappointed and really upset to have this business ruin your surprise!
Travelling abroad, was looking for a flower arrangement for my wife for delivery to her office. Instead of standard roses, did a search on their website which looked legitimate and found a nice orchid arrangement priced at $166.60 including delivery for Valentine's day 2/14/12.
To make a long story short, the flowers never arrived and when I called their phone numbers (both the Houston and toll free) repeatedly would get a message that they were both disconnected.
After trying to call them for several hours on second day (phone was now ringing, but no answer) a lady picks up and confirmed that they had received the order and that they attempted to deliver at my wife's office, but could not reach anyone and it was returned back to their place at 6pm. A bogus story given that I had given both my wife's cell and office numbers and she had no missed calls.
Like the person who wrote the before me, I will get this refunded from my bank, but it angers me that in this era of customer service focus we can still find operations like this.
DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. WILL FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU NEXT!!!
Do not even think about using this company. I must concur with the last reviewer. It is now 4:15 pm and my wife has not received any flowers from this place. I can't even get an answer on the phone. They my charged my account for the flowers last week. I specifically requested an early delivery with my order. So please don't waste you time on this florist. And don't be deceived by the other glowing reviews! I smell a rat!
Go somewhere else to do your business. I ordered flowers for my wife for valentines day 5 days ago. Here it is Valentines day and while all the other Ladies in my wifes office have received their flowers and gifts, tis 4:00pm and my wife has received nothing! When I called the shop it took 27 calls to get someone to answer and when I finally did get someone to answer the phone I was told that they had no idea where my order was but they could confirm that they got my order ( and my $135.00).
If you need reliable service, go somewhere else.

Its the day after Valentines Day. No flowers ever showed up for my wife. I have not rceived a call with an apology or an offer to refund the $135.00. I have not received any response to the 2 emails I sent. Clearly this business doesn't care about its customers. Luckliy I was able to file a complaint with my Bank and they have refunded my and are opening an investigation. I also filed a consumer fraud complaint as well as a complaint with the Houst Better Business Bureau of which this company is not a member...inagine that...
If you value your money or good service, go somewhere else.

I just recently ordered flowers at Fancy FLowers (order number 42626) for my wife for valentine and she did not get her flowers. I called the very next day, but their line was busy the whole day. Then i called the following day, it took me 1 hour to get an answer. I told the lady what happen and my wife didn't get her flowers. I paid 120 for them. She did not apologize or anything. All she said was "let me call the driver and see what happen and I will call you back soon." Three hours passed and i didn't get a call. I had to called back and complained again and to see why I didnt get a call. She said the driver didnt call her back yet. WHat a BS. So I asked for my refund which they did but they didnt give me any compensation or an apology. Worst of all, they sent me an email today saying thank you for buying flowers from them.I would never buy anything from them again. And I hope whoever read this, buy somewhere else.
