Buyers, BEAWARE!
I've caught the Houston Galleria store cheating me twice.
I started to work with the designer Kelly Drubert to rebuild my kitchen my base cabinet destroyed by the flood, Kelly came late February/early March 2018 and provided me an estimate of $13,419 for 17 cabinets and other small parts and $1650 for installation. I was in contact with the cabinet manufacturer who agreed to provide me 7 cabinets at NO CHARGE to me, they contacted Kelly and notified her of their intent. Kelly revised the the estimate by removing charges for 5 cabinets BUT I noticed my original estimate went up by over $5000 and the installation cost to $2300. I raised my concerns, she agreed to add free Glaze on a couple of cabinets and 2 free Corbels if I paid $2300 installation but refused to provide me the itemized list for each cabinets and failed to explain why the prices went up significantly. We still decided to sign the contract and gave 50% deposit.
I asked Kelly if she could redesign my Island and move cabinets from the bartop over to the Island so it would make it a larger Island, her reponse was "Yes" and she came to review on April 11, 2018 and understood very well that we were going to make large island and move 4 bartop cabinets over whihc did not require any additional cabinets but I told her that I would pay extra if additional cabinets are needed.
The same day, Kelly sent me the new layout for Island to review; I noticed that her layout was missing 3 cabinets they were already paid for and INSTEAD she added just a flat panel. I replied and told her that I neded those cabinets in the Island as they were paid for.
The next morning on April 12, 2018; I received an email from Kelly stating that she will not be able to continue to work on the project and refund my money which I have not received yet and it has been3 day now.
FSB is not going to continue the project; IS IT BECAUSE I CAUGHT HER CHEATING MY CABINETS?

Question: Will Factory Builders remove your old appliance/cabinets?

Answer: No. I had to do it myself the day they installed my new cabinets.





Question: Does Factory Builders coordinate the cabinets, counter top, and appliances to be installed the same day?

Answer: No, I had to call their granite contractor, their cabinet sales person (several times) and their appliance sales person and it still took a total of 11 business days to get the installation completed.





Summery; once Factory Builders has your money their customer service stops. If you are prepared to be your own project manager their service will just be slow.
