Great store, good package deals, nice Bedroom selection, I wish they had more leather selection. My furniture was delivered on time but I wasn't at home because of some unforeseen circumstances, they came back next day but charged me a $40 redelivery fee I was Not happy about that but I understand that it was my fault not to be there even though they had confirmed the appointment. Overall very Happy and will Return.
I recently bought a living room set from this store and got plenty of compliments from my guests and I have to say, I loved their service, very nice people,great atmosphere and fast delivery!!! Very good collection of furniture, sales person was very helpful and the manager gave us a very good deal, I'm changing my bedroom set in few months I will definitely go back and get it from here
I highly recommend exclusive furniture if your looking for good furniture and reasonable price..

If you are in Houston or not this is the place to get your furniture. My husband and I have been dealing with Hilton since he first opened (when he was cutting things with chain saws) and I must say that his customer service has not changed. If you know me that is what I look for. My husband and I went to get our bedroom suite this past week and Hilton set us up. Had two of the nicest gentlemen deliver it to Austin for us. Thanks again Hilton, you deserve all of your success, you have never done us wrong. -

The sales rep. was very nice and helpful, The approval and delivery process was quick and easy. Good quality furniture for great prices i was also very pleased to know that a flat screen TV was included in my bedroom set! i recommend exclusive furniture
Well the whole experiance was amazing we were helped out by Zeke he knows his stuff so if anyone decides to go make sure to ask for him. I loved the prices and the whole selection of furniture to choose from it was a tuff decision but we found what we needed. We will for sure refer more people to shop Exclusive Furniture where low prices do Live! :)
I bought mattress - and I was very happy with the purchase. Mrs. Flor was great to me. She answered my crazy questions to the mattress I fell in love with. She showed me a varity of selections - did not feel some one was taking my space nor my air.
Anyway my issue came when the mattress was not delivered. I had a time frame, no one ever showed up, nor was a call made to me. It was a day before Easter so I was exited to sleep like a baby... DID NOT HAPPEN. I made a call and was told that everyone was running behind schedule. I understood and made a diffrent appointment for the fallowing weekend. STILL NO CALL & NO SHOW....FELT LIKE AN IDOT!! I did not call this time. I was so upset and just wanted to give someone a piece of my mind (not with kind words) but I did not. I went to the store the fallowing day to cancell my order. I still very upset - but Dough (the manger) was very sweet and kind, apologized over and over. There where excuses and we are all human (I guess) mistakes are to be made. He spoke to me and understood my fustration. My mattresess where delivered that day - I slept like a baby..

I did not make a purchase from Hilton, unfortunately they did not have the bedroom set that I had my heart set on. But if they had I definitely would have. I was referred there by an old employee which says a lot about Hilton if an old employee is referring you to their old job. I went and asked for Doug who I was told to ask for and he was very pleasant and introduced me to Ralph who went above and beyond to try and find me the pieces that I wanted. Doug even checked back in with me before I left to see if there was anything else they could do. I was impressed with the customer service I received and will be back for future furniture purchases. Great job guys!!!!

The delivery time of our furniture exceeding my expectation. We ordered 3 pieces with various delivery times, to possible extend to 2 weeks. We received all pieces within 3 days of our selection. The delivery guys were very professional in helping us set up our furniture. WOW. I would refer ALL my friends to Hilton Furniture for great prices and customer service!!!!!

I went to Hilton Furniture after having a bad experience at another furniture store (six weeks after purchase the other furniture store still could not guarantee a delivery date for my couch). After I explained the type of couch I wanted, the salesman, Vince, was very helpful and directed me to a couch that I LOVE. The couch was in stock and delivered within two hours of the purchase. I will be back to Hilton for all of my future furniture purchases.
