My experience with Enterprise has always been positive. Human resource management is difficult but Enterprise personnel have always been courteous and professional towards me. From Maryland to Texas I have not had any occasion to complsin about service rendered. Ee should understand the pressure we put on them, needing cars at the spur of a moment , wanting a particular size and rven brand. Enterprise even had to srnd me to Toyota once, with a manager, in a quest to satisfy me, to pick up a brand new Toyota Camry with 3miles on it, because I needed a full size car and they had run out of this size.
If you communicate and do research, you can benefit from discounts: weekend specials, gas, etc. The Shuttle service is equally reliable. I have been picked up from home and dropped off at home on several occasions. All you need to do is plan well ahead and you will enjoy using the services of Enterprise.
From Maryland to Texas, I remain an Enterprise customer!

I've had two dealings with this location and neither were very positive. Did I get a rental car, yes.....however I swear every car they rent smells like a marijuana factory. If you don't like the car they give you, the only way you are getting something better is by paying such thing as goodwill or good customer service.

I was given 2 rental cars. My 1st was awful. It smelled of cigarettes, the seats were filthy and then the car service engine light came on. The car didn't drive right. The 2nd SUV was much better. Their was a hint of cigarette smell but it was much cleaner and drove so smoothly. We really enjoyed this car.

Friendly people , great service!

The reason I gave it 4 stars was because the car smelled of cigarettes. Otherwise the customer service was excellent. I would rent there any day as a matter of fact I have a continuous rental every 2 weeks.
