Terrible customer service! I s...

Terrible customer service! I scheduled an appointment, waited for an hour, and no one ever showed up. Elizabeth never allowed me to reschedule my appointment and offered no apology. She said my therapist was unable to gain access to the building, which was a blatant lie because I was able to access the building with no problem. Beware!!!

So I bought 2 vouchers from Livingsocial and set an appointment. She never showed up. We waited for hours and finally gave up. We went home and emailed her, and she emaile back apologizing...said she'd make it up to us. Well, she never returned any further messages or calls. I eventually called Livingsocial, and apparently I'm not even close to the first person she's done this to. I got my money back thank goodness! The reason I say "scam?" is because the office listed is a rented windowless office in some giant office building...so I couldn't even tell you if there is actually a spa in there! I made an account just to rate this awful lady. See, I was under the assumption, as was Livingsocial (due to her not responding to them either) that she went out of business and I was just going to leave it at that. But my boyfriend emailed me this morning with a groupon for her spa! So please don't be fooled. This is either a scam or a case of someone just unable to handle a business!
