Edible Arrangements

If you have a special occasion to have a gift delivered for, you will not want to use this store. I ordered a small fruit arrangement to be delivered to my mom for her 60th birthday for $80...it was not delivered even though I followed the tracking service they have online all day until the notice came that it was delivered. When I called the store this morning there was no explanation, I was simply told "We have your order and will deliver it today." When I explained that I was frustrated since yesterday was her birthday, and today is, well...not, I was met with silence. No apology, no explanation. We waited from 8 a.m. until noon and my mom called to ask if she could leave her house to go out for lunch. I called the store to see what time it would be delivered. The man who answered the phone this time said, "We cannot guarantee delivery times." When I said she'd waited for it all day yesterday and I wasn't inclined to have her wait a full day on Saturday--the day after her birthday--when it still might not even be delivered at all, he said she'd only have to wait until 5 p.m. I told him this was not acceptable and cancelled my order. He said that would not be a problem since the order still had not even been assembled, much less left the store for delivery. No apology or explanation was ever given. Please avoid this store at all costs.
